I stayed for one night and had a great experience! The location was perfect, easy to find and close to everything I needed. The place was spotless, very clean and well-maintained. I also really loved the neighborhood, quiet, charming, and a great spot to explore. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here, and we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities – a definite highlight. There was a few drops of water dripping in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs after after some heavy rain. Julia was informed and took immediate action to address. Overall, we had a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

We loved Allison’s place so much that we came back for a second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time! It’s a beautiful and spacious home, perfect for two families with kids. We booked it to host our cousins who were visiting California, and we all had an amazing time together. The house has all the amenities you could need a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely backyard for the kids to play, and a brand new washer and dryer. The bathrooms are modern and the high-tech bidets were a pleasant surprise!!! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing family getaway!

We had an absolutely lovely stay! Estee’s place is so charming and modern. The details are so perfectly curated and I loved sitting and admiring all of the thought placed into the decor. There’s an equally lovely and private patio/garden out back where I got some good sun! A complete dream of an Airbnb.

James was a great host, he had clear and easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. He was very attentive and made sure to check in with me along the way. The home was very clean when we arrived and all furniture was in good condition. We were 8 adults and fit comfortably in the home. The spacious driveway made it very easy to park. Downtown was a very quick and inexpensive uber ride. I would recommend staying at this property. Thank you again so much! 😊

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Really hard to describe how wonderful the whole back yard is. Sunset here were amazing. All kinds of wildlife. The smell of the California hills in springtime always refreshes. Dogs loved it (and couldn't quite believe it). We swung on the swing, sat in the gazebo, enjoyed basking in the balcony views.

I booked this home for my colleagues from overseas, and they had a fantastic stay. The host was highly professional and responsive, promptly addressing all requests and ensuring everyone’s comfort throughout their visit. I really enjoyed my stay here, the apartment was large and lovely with hardwood floors and thoughtful decor. It was nice to have a covered parking spot so close to the apartment, and I loved the little lounge seat in the bedroom. The closets were very roomy with big mirrors and there were lots of comfy blankets and towels and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for guests. The bathroom had two sinks and lots of drawers and cabinets. The area was quiet and safe and the neighbors were friendly. I especially loved the water features on the grounds, and the patio had a perfect view of the fountains and beautiful redwood trees. The hosts were great and answered the few questions I had. It was very peaceful and I would definitely stay here again!

A group of us stayed for a wedding in town, and had a great time at Elia’s lounging by the pool and making breakfast together in the mornings. The hosts were super responsive and even Amazoned us a reusable keurig cup during our stay for us to enjoy our own coffee beans

We live down in Santa Cruz and wanted to treat ourselves to a poolside weekend in the mountains (and this place did not disappoint!!). Would certainly stay again and appreciate how communicative the hosts were. As we get into summer we should have known better and brought our citronella candles because the mosquitos were out with a vengeance and forced us inside- so we recommend prepping for bugs if you want to stay poolside for sunset.

I enjoyed a wonderful weekend with my family to start our summer! This home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing staycation! Will definitely rent this home again soon!

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

Rick and Tonya are the gold standard of Airbnb hosts! From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating without ever being overbearing—a perfect balance that made our 2.5-month stay feel like home. Traveling with two dogs can sometimes feel daunting, but Rick and Tonya were incredibly dog-friendly and went out of their way to make my pups feel just as welcome as I did. Their home had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the kitchen setup made it easy to settle in for an extended stay. Other thoughtful touches included great water pressure in the shower (a must for me!) and a full-size washer and dryer on-site. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into what guests need for a comfortable experience. By the time we left, we didn’t just feel like we had a great place to stay—we felt like we’d made new friends. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be staying with Rick and Tonya. Highly recommend!

Staying at this cabin nestled in the heart of a redwood grove in the Santa Cruz mountains was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just a place to stay — it was a carefully curated experience. The host has thought of everything to make guests feel at home and beyond comfortable. The attention to detail was incredible: high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked pantry with essentials (and then some!), soft, luxurious bedding, and even thoughtfully placed candles that added a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Every touch felt intentional and generous. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host. Incredibly accommodating, kind, and flexible — they went out of their way to ensure every one of our needs was met with care and promptness. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to hospitality. Waking up surrounded by towering redwoods, with birdsong filtering through the trees, was unforgettable.

Ricky's place was perfect for what we needed and just a mile away from History Park. The place is spacious with three rooms and all the appliances worked well and were super clean! The host left water bottles in the fridge which really helped during the heat wave. The beds were super comfortable and I was really impressed with the soft towels. We left our thermos in the fridge and they offered to ship it back to us. That really is true hospitality. We had a fantastic stay at their place and will definitely book again when we're in the area! Thanks so much!

After staying at the place I can now understand why it has only 5-star reviews. The place is really charming and perfect for both long and short-term stays. This is the most fully stocked kitchen I've seen in AirBnB ever. The beds are large and comfy. The location is great. A very quiet and green neighborhood. A couple of shopping plazas along with the train station are nearby. Plenty of books, board games, high-speed Internet, and a big TV are in the house. I want to especially to emphasize how responsive and helping the hosts. Thank you for that! Overall, it's a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the home so much. I look forward to renting out the space again sometime in the future
