The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
