Freshly renovated 1-room apartment with kitchen and shower room in Havelberg. The house was built in the 19th century and has been renovated since 2021. Thus, some modern vacation apartments have been created in this house. In addition, there is a barbecue area with a fire basket, a sauna and a hot tub (bathtub for 6 people) in the garden right in front of the house for our guests to use free of charge. A bicycle garage is also available directly on the property and is included in the price of the accommodation.

The duplex is spread over two floors and offers a quiet location and panoramic views of the countryside. Our new, charming and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a former stable building of the old farm, just 700 m from the Nemitz Heath. The 60 sqm are divided into a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a bedroom/living room and a beautiful wooden terrace - ideal for couples or solo travelers, suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Wallbox and bicycle shed are provided. On request, 1–2 horses can be accommodated (€20/night) – ideal for unforgettable star rides in great nature.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
