Fully Furnished Apartment on the Garden Floor KOT-2

Our fully furnished apartment with its own garden on the 2nd floor of the building, close to the airport. It is in a calm,safe and central location and at your service. It is located about 20 km from the airport and 7 km from the red and about 5 km from the train station and the monument. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment except by the window or balcony and you can not walk around the apartment with shoes. Since it is an apartment building, there should be no noise late. There is an additional fee per person for stays of more than 4 guests.

The house is old. There is a door lock in the rooms. 24 hours of hot water , high speed Wi-Fi. The outdoor area is toilet , bathroom and kitchen. Don't worry, this is a private room. I try to do it better as much as I do. I can also take you home every hour of 24 hours. You can do laundry and eat. If the room is available, you can enter the house at any time. Just throw it away. There is a steep hill in the last 100 meters of the house. They will give me four, please do not send a reservation request. Thank you.

Located in a central location, our apartment is close to both the airport and the city center in one of the calmest,decent and safe neighborhoods of Ankara. It is a 2-minute walk to the markets such as Şok, Bim, Migros,A101 and about 5-6 minutes to Altınpark and Keçiören park. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. There is a regular ring bus to the metro. Hospitals,mosques and police stations and Officer Houses are very close to Vega Avmye and there is a park across from us.

My stay at Ms. İnci's house was great. I would recommend it to everyone. From the first moment, I felt comfortable as if I was staying at my mother's house with his kind and caring approach, strong communication, and pleasant conversation. My stay was comfortable with the house being in the center, in a safe place, close to metro and bus stops. From the first day, he prepared meals and served tea. He accompanied me on my evening walk with his pleasant conversation. He gave detailed information about transportation, places to visit and activities. I went to the airport comfortably by car on the last day. And as a souvenir gift, a special handmade gift in my name made me very emotional. It is not suffocating interest because he is a person who is extremely interested but also respectful of personal space. I was very happy to meet a very valuable person as I had the opportunity to stay comfortably on Airbnb.

Hot water, dishes, washing machine and dishwasher, large refrigerator are all available and working. Nearby there is a large beautiful park, an artificial waterfall, a pedestrian alley with something similar to an arboretum, a small aquarium. Hosts are friendly, helpful.

Nur and Can were very helpful and kind before I entered the house and during my stay. It was a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and many markets. A place I would definitely choose again.
