Dogs are welcome (at extra cost) Professional stays are only available for 4 days or more (seminars, training, work meetings, trade fair, business people, trainees, apprentices, students.. ), private ones can be booked for 30 days or more.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, it is looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair on request. Dogs are always welcome at my place!

We rent the modernly equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and 5 beds (+ 1 cot) in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small forest) and directly afterwards the Warnow begin. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde is the little sister of the big surf bunk, which has been making guests from all over Europe ostsee happy for over 2 years. In 3-5 minutes you can also walk from here to the beach, supermarket or park. Rostock is a few km away. This small space wonder {just behind our surf shop} is lovingly decorated and offers space for 2 adults as well as 2 small children {1 family bed 180x200 and 1 pull-out bed 70x160}.

Small apartment (approx. 36 m²) in the basement of a city villa with separate entrance. The well-known Hotel Neptun is only about 100m away. Much more beach proximity is almost impossible. Access is via an electronic lock. Linens and towels are furnished. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, FireTV - the kitchen in addition with Senseo and Sodastream.
