Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

The 120 m² vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 separate floors, each with a bedroom and living area and a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively for your use. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax.

In our cozy, spacious house, decorated in the style of the 70s, you will live on the ground floor on one level. The large garden is a dream for people and dogs. On the terrace you can also have breakfast in nature in rainy weather. If it gets too uncomfortable outside, you can enjoy nature from the living room through the five-meter-wide panoramic window. Cozy tiny house for 2-3 people, stylish and NEW

We rent out our absolute gem in the south of Leipzig on Lake Zwenkau. You have a fully equipped wooden tiny house to yourselves with a bedroom with a 1.40 bed, an additional bed on the open gallery and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is situated on an old farm property in the center of Zwenkau. It is absolutely quiet and a real hideaway. We are still in the process of gradually finishing it, so there is no television yet, but WiFi is available.

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Siebenhain": the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating, well thought-out lighting concept.
