The non-smoking guesthouse, measuring approximately 60 square meters, can accommodate up to 3/4 people on 2 levels. Downstairs: Large, open-plan area with kitchen, living room, and guest bed. The bathroom with shower is in the adjoining room. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (2.00 m × 2.00 m). On the fenced property, you will find a sitting area, including a barbecue grill. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – however, the special charm of the old wooden beams continues to run through every room and reminds of the history of this unique house. You can take a tour here by canoe, enjoy the tranquility on the water and switch off at Netflix & Disney+.
