House vacation rentals in Altea

It is a beautiful villa, exceptional bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely outside area and stunning swimming pool and the villa had the wow factor with the view! Unreal! Vanessa was amazing prior to arriving in Spain and was equally active in helping us have the perfect holiday. 10/10 in everything she did. The only slight draw back for villa Limonera was the fact it’s near on impossible to walk anywhere in the day heat, you really are at the very top! But if you want wow…this villa has it all over!

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones en familia maravillosas, la casa es ideal. Igual que en las fotos. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en la casa de Jacqueline. La zona de la piscina y la terraza es lo mejor de la casa. Nuestra perra disfruto como nadie. Necesario coche para desplazarse, como una única pega es que la televisión no estaba en español y no había canales de tv, solo Netflix y otras apps. Repetiremos!!

Estuvimos un fin de semana en el alojamiento de Pilar. Simplemente espectacular... La casa es una autentica maravilla y te hace sentir como en casa. Está muy bien equipada, aunque si que es cierto que no dispone de lavavajillas. Pero como realmente comiamos y cenabamos fuera de casa, no lo echamos en falta. La casa está decorada con un gusto excelente... Sin ningun tipo de duda, la recomiendo para ir con amigos o en familia. Ademas, un gran detalle dejar jabon de ducha y champú ennlos dos baños. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la terraza, con sus grandes vistas al mar. La comunicación con Pilar, excelente y rápida.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, da es auf einem Berg liegt, aber dafür hat man traumhafte Ausblicke! Hugues antwortet schnell und klar auf Nachrichten und Fragen, das war klasse. Danke Hugues

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

La villa ressemble exactement à sa description, celle-ci est très bien entretenue, avec une vue vraiment belle. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Que des points positifs, nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci encore

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

Zeer aangenaam, ruim verblijf, heel rustig gelegen. Enkel rekening mee houden dat het heel hoog op een heuvel ligt, we hebben ons niet gewaagd om te voet naar het water te gaan. Zeer mooie ruimtes, heel licht en open. Welkomstgeschenkje stond klaar bij aankomst, vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. En een minpunt is de ramen, deze sluiten zeer slecht en we hadden veel wind tijdens ons verblijf waardoor er ook nog (in de schouw?) een fluitsignaal ontstond (in de avond/s'nachts). Zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf het huis op de baai!

Het huis is gelegen in een rustige en veilige buurt, op een heuvel met wijds uitzicht over de zee. Het perceel is ruim, heeft een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en heeft diverse plekjes en terrassen om te zitten in de zon of schaduw. Er is van alles aanwezig om er prettig te kunnen wonen. Het zwembad is heerlijk ruim en schoon en de kinderen konden gebruik maken van het aanwezige speelgoed voor het zwembad in de garage. In de ruime waskamer in de garage is ook alles aanwezig de was te kunnen doen. Er is goede wifi aanwezig. De 2 badkamers zijn netjes, ruim en schoon. De keuken is een klein beetje verouderd maar bevat meer aan keukenbenodigdheden dan wat je zou verwachten. Alles voor een ontspannen verblijf!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa, in a perfect location and set up with everything we could possibly need and more. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our 15 month old. We would recommend this Villa to anyone and hope to return. Thank you!

La casa era hermosa, muy limpia y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. Estuvimos súper cómodos durante toda la estadía. El host fue excelente: siempre atento y respondía enseguida cada vez que lo necesitábamos. Además, el barrio es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa splendida villa e abbiamo goduto della bella piscina e dello spazio all'aperto. Evelien è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti sui dintorni. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato. Evelien ci ha anche permesso di fare un check in anticipato che ci ha permesso di guadagnare una giornata. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e Evelien un'ottima hosting.

Beautifully furnished and with all possible amenities one could need, M Luisa’s apartment was THE experience in Altea’s old town. You are basically at the top of the town, looking down over the beautiful old town with exceptional views of the mountains and sea also. One of those accomodations that make your trip exactly what you would hope it to be.

What a great place - just what we needed to unwind for a long weekend

Muy recomendable. Si buscas descanso, buenas vistas y comodidad… La casa es perfecta, amplia, muy bien decorada y limpia, bien ubicada y de fácil acceso. Patricio es muy amable. Ha estado pendiente de todo. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver. Ojalá.

Schöne Unterkunft, hatte alles was man braucht. Wir empfehlen ein Mietwagen zu nehmen um besser mobil zu sein.

The village and the property were both full of charm, and the rooftop terrace was a true standout—offering breathtaking views of Santa Maria’s iconic blue-tiled domes. The apartment was in pristine condition, beautifully maintained, and everything worked perfectly. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift—it was a lovely touch! Altea is a picturesque town with a fantastic selection of restaurants and cafés to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I spent a fabulous week, with my sisters, staying in the villa. It's location was perfect for walking into Altea town and to the promenade. The villa was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for staying in and cooking. The week we stayed, tge weather was fantastic and being able to dip in and out of the pool was even better. Juan and Rosita welcomed us upon our arrival and made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for better hosts and better accommodation. Everything was perfect.

We had a magical stay at Calle Consol over the Easter break. Therése's place has four spacious floors including a wonderful sun trap of a terrace up top with views of the church and out to sea, and it's got the perfect location right in the heart of the action within the castle walls of old Altea town. You're close to the beach, the church square and all the great restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The house is a true home away from home with every consideration given to anything you might need, from the thoughtful refreshments to the linen bedding and even charging cables and dressing gowns. Plus Therése and Ann-Marie were an absolute pleasure. We were blown away. We'd definitely come again.
