Condo vacation rentals in Altea

La vue est juste dingue et l'appartement est vraiment spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Il a fait très chaud en ce mois d'août et les ventilateurs dans chaque pièce ont été appréciés. Il y a également parasols et chaises pour aller sur la plage de galets. Toutes les commodités se trouvent à proximité : une supérette, un bar à cocktails et de nombreux très bons restos. Le vieux quartier est à 10 minutes à pied. Nous n'avons jamais eu de difficultés pour nous garer, trouvant toujours de la place sur la promenade ou au parking de la gare pas loin. Le quartier est vivant mais nous n'avons jamais été gênés par le bruit. Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit et Stuart nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés. Il a toujours été réactif suite à mes questions. Il est des endroits où l'on se sent tout de suite bien et que l'on ne souhaite plus quitter. C'est le cas de cet appartement !

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

El apartamento es tal y como se anuncia. Incluso hay más cosas como: plancha de pelo, bastoncitos para las orejas, líquido desmaquillante. También nos ofrecieron hamacas y sombrillas para la playa. En definitiva hemos estado como en casa. Ha sido un placer, volveremos pronto.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Es un apartamento perfecto para unos días, las vistas y el sonido del mar para dormir una maravilla. Zona perfecta para dar un paseo por el paseo marítimo con un montón de opciones. Y las piscinas para gastar la batería de los peques. Genial!!!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Raul für die schöne Zeit!

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, impecable, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. También nos encantó la zona del alojamiento, al lado de la playa y cerca de supermercados,farmacia, etc y todo tipo de restaurantes. Por parte del anfitrión, atento en todo momento y poniendo todas las facilidades durante la estancia, muy recomendable, repetiría sin duda! De 10.

La estancia ha sido fantástica, tanto que da pena irse, mi hijo ha pasado unos ratos inolvidables y los adultos también jejeje.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Pristine apartment in a great location with a great view. Short walk to the port and beaches where there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Altea only a short taxi ride away for even more choice. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully stay again in the future. The apartment itself is very spacious, all areas are well kept, lovely large private terrace and pool. Cesar was a great host from start to finish. Check in was easy and ensured to accommodate our late arrival. Very responsive throughout our stay, checking in to ensure everything was as expected, with an easy checkout.

What a hidden gem! A lovely villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool, villa and our yoga session on the terrace. Andrés and the family were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for the week. Thank you so much for having us, we had a fantastic holiday!

Wonderful appartment, with everything you need right at your fingertips. Private, peaceful, and cosy. The pools were a big advantage, and the view, just amazing. Alfredo has helped finding the right places to enjoy Moraira. Would have loved staying a bit longer. Thanks Alfredo, see you next time!

The appartment was clean and quit with a lovely terras with morning sun. There is a realy nice pool with a nice garden with sea view. Altea is like 10-15 min by car and Calpe like 20min by car. There is a beach down the road by 5min walk with cristal clear water. We had a realy nice stay. The communication was easy and good internet. The beds are good. The appartmet is in a silent place. Realy reccogment. Thank you!

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

Ich durfte eine Woche in Davids Unterkunft verbringen – und es war schlichtweg fantastisch! David ist ein aussergewöhnlich grosszügiger Mensch und ein Gastgeber mit ganzem Herzen. Schon bei der Ankunft spürte man, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Er war nicht nur jederzeit erreichbar, sondern hat sich weit über das Übliche hinaus eingesetzt, damit wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Juwel: stilvoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und unglaublich gemütlich. Die Küche liess keine Wünsche offen, und der Balkon war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist zudem einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen und doch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo mitten im Geschehen. Ob Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants – alles ist schnell erreichbar. Es gib einen praktischen und einfach Zugang via App, ideal. Ein Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hemos pasado unos dias geniales. El apartamento es muy cómodo y completo, tiene de todo lo necesario, menaje, aparatos, etc, además limpio y la decoración es ideal. La piscina del complejo es muy grande, con 2 toboganes, tanto mi hija como nosotros lo pasamos genial, el chiringuito es grande y varias mesas. Para ir a la playa hay que caminar unos 5 mtos pero es un paseo agradable. Sonia es muy amable, tuvimos buena comunicación y nos facilitó todo mucho, es muy buena anfitriona, nos tenia preparada una cesta con productos para desayunar. Sin duda repetiremos.
