My apartment was very clean, the furnishings well-maintained and everything was thought of in the small kitchen, even a mini dishwasher. I was there mainly to work in peace and that was quite possible. The surroundings are a dream with nature and water on one side and restaurants, train station and shopping center literally on the other. I'd love to come back!

I was in Böblingen for several days for work. The location, amenities, and price of the accommodation were unbeatable for me. Communication with Sonja went smoothly. The beautiful bathroom is very noteworthy. We would come back anytime.

Family R. very nice and helpful. Always good communication, whether in advance in writing or then on site. You feel welcome from the start. The apartment itself is technically very appealing and modern, as it is still very new. The furnishings are fine and nothing is actually missing. It should perhaps be pointed out in the description that there is no classic stove with oven, but a double plate with induction (so only the pots and pans there can be used) and there is a stand oven that probably has all the functions of a classic oven, but is just a little smaller. The highlight is the huge terrace, where you can have breakfast in good weather and end the evening with a glass of wine. Karina offers farm ice cream on the property... nice thing...... All in all, I would book there again anytime... All the best for your business. J.F.

Thomas' house was much more than just a place to stay for us – my wife, our two little daughters and me. It was a quiet, luminous retreat, almost like a poem on an early holiday morning. Everything was designed with care, clarity and a fine sense of atmosphere. The days there felt calm, orderly and internally wide – as if the place itself had retained a sense of the essential. The fact that we only noticed at the farewell how beautiful it would have been to find a volume of poetry by Hölderlin on the shelf, perhaps shows more than anything else how close this house is to the poetic. A wonderful place, especially for families who want to relax in a quiet and stylish environment. Thank you very much, Thomas – for this experience, which went far beyond the ordinary.
