Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Alta Sierra

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

In the heart of Nevada City, several great restaurants within a block, stocked kitchen, filtered water in the fridge, clean fluffy linens, Yoga gear and meditation cushions for your personal practice. it was a sweet spot to stay.

Natasha was an absolutely amazing host. She was very responsive to any questions I had as well ass any help I needed. If I am ever in the area again I would absolutely hope to book with them again

My husband and I had stayed at Cynthia's place several times before and always had a great experience. As I was traveling to the area by myself for the first time, I was happy to see that her place was available for the dates I needed for my grandson's high school graduation party. Cynthia is a great communicator both before and during the stay. This has always been may experience with her. I feel like she is an old friend now. I appreciate the snacks and well stocked coffee/tea station. My little dog and I had a great stay. Thank you, Cynthia! I will definitely be back!

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

This location cannot be beat. The space has everything you need to be cozy, and Lee Ann is a responsive and informative host. The space is bigger than the photos but I will say lacks many kitchen tools, so if you need something (other than plates, bowls, knives, etc.) specific be sure to pack it!

Rachel’s place was great, and Rachel was very accommodating and easy to work with and communicate with. It’s a cute place and very well stocked. The AC works great. The beds are comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

This house was wonderful! It has great, working AC units in many rooms that work fast for hot days. The TV and projector are up to date with streaming platforms and a high-quality sound system. There’s a Bluetooth speaker system that connects throughout the house and is very easy to use. He also offers to clean everything up for you after, which allows for a comfortable check-out experience. I would highly recommend this house. Clean, affordable, technologically up to date, and caring host. Also, many extra towels and blankets!!

Our four-day stay at the Outlook perfectly met our needs. The place was clean, comfortable and just the right amount of space for two. Interior is nicely decorated. Like others have said, it feels secluded, but is close to town--so very convenient. We loved peace and quiet. Thanks to Rachel for her prompt responses to all our inquiries and for the thoughtful snacks. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly communicative from the start and full of helpful information and tips that made our trip even smoother. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the nature. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged with convenience in mind. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

That area of Colfax is just such a nice part of the Sierra Foothills. This house is very nice, quiet, everything works, and is in a peaceful wooded area, just enough remote to be private but yet not too far to drive from shops, restaurants and access to Fwy 80.

We had a great time during our stay. We felt right at home and loved the quick walk to many surrounding quality restaurants. I also enjoyed going on morning runs on the close by trails. My family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely look to stay here again.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed in the same unit (H). We are very familiar with the area, having previously owned a home just a few miles away. The unit is very convenient to Apple Hill and downtown Placerville, with a variety of stores and restaurants, minutes away. Though convenient to the freeway, unrelenting traffic noise can puta dent in the otherwise very peaceful surroundings. More so during summer months when windows or door may be open for fresh air, or relaxing on the small balcony with a glass of wine. Maybe other units (A, B, C, and D) being a little further away may be a little quieter but the covered parking with units E- H more than compensate IMO. Much nicer to get into a cool car, especially during hot summer days. The condo itself is equipped with everything you may need for kitchen use but I find the couches and seating could be more comfortable. The TV programming is via apps, which is okay but I used my iPad for up to the minute news.

Exactly as advertised. Super clean, Restoration hardware type decor. Situated in a condo complex, but very easy access, parking, etc. would stay again. Thanks Susan.

BookitBnB is doing a terrific job with this property. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. My kids loved the snacks they left for us, and I appreciated little things like the laundry and cleaning supplies. If you need a place to stay near Placerville, I don’t think you’ll find a much better place than this.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

We LOVED our stay. This condo was so clean and perfectly kept. Everything you need for the bathrooms, bedding, and kitchen. Highly recommend. Our family was very happy here and can’t wait to visit again.
