Beautiful house at Vänern beach on Hammarö

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

It's the perfect place for people who like a little off-grid, romantic nature oriented getaway. The cabin is located in a very lovely and gorgeously designed eco village at a small lake. Definitely recommended!

We spent five nights in the cozy wooden house and felt very comfortable right away. For us, it was almost nicer than in the photos! From the large terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake. There is a fireplace and a grill - our highlights. The kitchen also had all the necessary utensils and it was very clean overall. Communication was quick, friendly and hassle-free. The accommodation is very quiet, so a car is recommended. We would go again immediately for a few quiet, relaxing and cozy days!

Gunnar and his wife are super nice hosts. They are really friendly and supportive. They gave me a lot of recommendations what I could do - all worth it. The (tiny) house, the terrace and the garden are beautiful! It´s an absolutely great place to stay. I hope I can come back one day! Anke
