Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Det ingår cyklar, kajaker och SUP:ar (2 av varje) och närheten till sport och friluftsliv är god. Värmland lockar med sin kultur, besök Lerinmuseet, Alma Löv, Berättarladan eller....

Egen parkeringsplats med plats för 3 bilar. I direkt anslutning till vänern och 12km bilvägen in till stora torget Karlstad. Liten eka med elmotor finns att tillgå om så önskas. Har man egen båt med sig kan man lägga den vid bryggan. Sommartid kan man få låna mindre båt med elmotor (se bild)

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

It's the perfect place for people who like a little off-grid, romantic nature oriented getaway. The cabin is located in a very lovely and gorgeously designed eco village at a small lake. Definitely recommended!

Wir haben fünf Nächte in dem gemütlichen Holzhaus verbracht und uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war es fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Es gibt einen Kamin und einen Grill - unsere Highlights. Die Küche hatte auch alle notwendigen Utensilien und es war insgesamt sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell, freundlich und problemlos. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, daher ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Wir würden sofort wieder für ein paar ruhige, erholsame und gemütliche Tage hinfahren!

We spent three days exploring Karlstad and its beautiful surroundings, and Linda’s place was the perfect base for our stay. The apartment is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully equipped — from the large, incredibly comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen with a dining table and a lovely view. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the city center and several supermarkets, and having a parking spot in the driveway was a huge plus. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay here again!
