A wonderful apartment. Quality decoration, furnishings, equipment and fittings. Additional welcome touches with both essential supplies and extra goodies. Very clean. Proactive and attentive communication from Pippa. All created a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Just perfect.

This was a really lovely place to stay. The village is lovely and the home was perfect for our needs. The sofa bed is comfortable and it was great to have things like kids cutlery and plastic cups too. The kitchen is well stocked. Having access to the shared garden was a particular highlight, as was the gorgeous birdsong. It's great for access into Tamworth, there's a garden centre a 2 min drive away that does a great breakfast and there's a brilliant play park in the village.

Staying at Joel’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home — as if we were staying at a friend’s cozy retreat rather than just a rental. The studio itself is even better than the pictures; they truly don’t do it justice. It’s bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Joel was a fantastic host — responsive, kind, and welcoming. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the Lichfield and surroundings!
