Located on the Yarra River, be immersed in nature whilst having easy access to explore popular nearby suburbs such as Northcote, Collingwood, Fiztroy and the CBD. You will have access to a private shared sitting area on the bank of the Yarra River just down from the apartment. But it is also only a five minute walk to the historic Fairfield Boathouse and various hiking tracks along the Yarra.

A 5 min walk to Fairfield train station, on the same line as the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground, & Tennis Centre, 10-15 minutes away, or Marvel Stadium 25 mins. Sports & Concerts. Entry via the laneway provides privacy, while on street parking is not time restricted. A 5 minute drive to the Eastern Freeway also opens up day or onward trips from Melbourne. Pool, outdoor patio and washing machine available, but shared with us & our friendly dogs.

My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
