Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

The Pool House

Relax in this tasteful accommodation that is perfectly located in the countryside between Stockholm and Uppsala near Arlanda. Enjoy the pool on a large lovely terrace right outside the patio door. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, the kitchen is fully equipped, a fully tiled bathroom with washing machine, as well as parking with charging station. The fields often offer a view of deer and hares. In the forest next door, there is a nice 4.5 km trail. Cows and horses graze in the adjacent pastures. Direct bus to Arlanda about 1-2 times/hour.

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Enjoy a morning or evening dip from the dock 30 meters away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the forest right outside your door. Nearby, you will find the Fjällnora outdoor recreation area, and if you wish to go into town, it is about 20 minutes to the city of Uppsala, where you will find every kind of restaurant and shopping you can imagine.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Our charming guest cottage is located in a natural beauty area with forests and lakes directly up the corner. Nice hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cottage is about 22 m2 and has a fully tiled bathroom with shower, a simple kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, plates and kettle and kitchen table. There are two beds as well as a sofa bed with a coffee table. Good transport links with bus or car to Uppsala (20 min) and Arlanda (35 min). Only 75 km to Stockholm.
