The house does not have a swimming pool but a few meters away is the municipal swimming pool where you can enjoy it in the summer months.

The house is situated in a villa area, 2 km from the center of Nerja. The house is oriented southwest facing with sun every hour of the day and late evening sun. Lovely view of olive grove and the sea.
