Safe condominium in a great location, very close to Tanguá and close to São Lourenço park. For those who know the area, you know that there is a lot of shopping options around. It is quiet, full of books, with hammock to relax, lots of kitchen utensils, and with a playground for children in the background.

We were super happy to find this apartment available, as it was the second time we stayed there. Perfect location (everything is close and of good quality). Safe and with easy access to parking. The apartment is well maintained, with a comfortable bed, clean and with all the items working perfectly and faithful to the ad. And the hosts were super attentive and always willing to meet all our needs. With all this, we feel at home and when we return to Curitiba, it will be our first choice. The building is beautiful and the location is perfect. The apartment is super comfortable. Communication with Gabriela was excellent. It has everything you need and more. Supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy very close. I especially thank the porters, they are very attentive and helped us with many things. 100% recommended. We'll be back for sure.

Very close to the quarry and wire operation. Extremely clean. I would definitely stay again. Wendel and his wife are very helpful. Only 110v outlets. So I had to borrow a hair dryer for my wife. Which was promptly answered. I recommend it.

The stay at Leonardo's house was wonderful! He was very attentive, from start to finish. He was very helpful, anticipating any need he might have. The location was excellent for the purpose, which was the marathon with exit through Pedreira, being next to it and very easy to access. I was very happy and satisfied with the stay and whenever I need to I will return to Leonardo's Airbnb, for sure (:

Very nice place, cordial and helpful host. Co-hospitaly responded with agility and resolved any pending issues we had. The house itself is a little old, but it served us well in the period we stayed. My children loved the place and was very good for the pets because of the backyard, both the private area and the shared area. Trees loaded with oranges, tangerines and also had figs. We stayed 1 month and were able to work normally in home office, good internet. Depending on the guests of the other Airbnb on the same property, there may be some hassle, but we take it in good shape. Airbnb is very close to Parque São Lourenço, a beautiful place for strolling, hiking and taking a sugarcane juice.

Fabio was very attentive and always answered the questions. In the house we were greeted by Mr. Miltom, Fabio's father, a very polite and very helpful gentleman. The house was clean and very tidy and the neighborhood was quiet. Finally, I recommend Fabio's house as an excellent choice.
