The House is set in a large fenced area in the midst of nature. We offer trails for short hikes, which lead to a lake and a place with preserved forest and the song of many species. At the end of a sunny afternoon, it is possible to climb to the highest point and receive a magnificent SUNSET from nature. We are in a rural area, but 7 km from the Italian neighborhood of Santa Felicidade, where there are wineries, restaurants and various shops. We have a swimming pool, soccer field and parking.

In addition to having a high-end finish, a luxurious heated spa and a stunning view, the Loft is perfect to enjoy at any time of the year as it is located 15 km (around half an hour) from the center of Curitiba.
