Vacation rentals with beach access in Almerimar

very pleasant stay, gino superhost welcomed us in a very friendly way. Bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge. A bottle of wine on the living room table and he accompanied us for our check-in. Very functional equipment.

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a vacation apartment.

We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

The accommodation is a 5 min walk from the beach, it has very good restaurants nearby, and is 15 min from the port, where there are many nightlife venues. It is a very quiet area, the apartment was spotless and a very good host.

Had a great time here! What a pleasant stay. Hope to return here again next year!

Lovely place just as described

Anne Marie is really very kind and welcoming. The apartment matches the description very well, impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped, super nice terrace. The accommodation is located on the beach, but sufficiently out of the way not to be disturbed by the noise. We were able to enjoy the dike for lovely walks. We had a very nice week in Roquetas de Mar and we would definitely recommend Anne Marie's accommodation.

We stayed 7 nights. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. Really everything is available and well maintained. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Daniel waited for us and showed us around the apartment. He is friendly, helpful and always available and responds immediately to messages. The location is great because you are on the outskirts of the city and on the one hand you are on the highway quite quickly and on the other hand you are a 15-minute walk from the beach. The old town is about 35 minutes' walk. As Daniel described in his advertisement, the indoor underground garage is only suitable for a small car. We have a Citroën Picasso C4 and it is too large. But this is not a problem because there is always free parking in the neighborhood. We have always been able to park the car across the street from the apartment on the main street. Luisa was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, making sure our stay was perfect. The house is located in a privileged place, in the heart of Cabo de Gata, at the foot of the beach, which makes it the ideal destination to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. We left absolutely loved our relaxing days. Also, the neighbors are equally charming, which added an extra touch of warmth to our experience.

Very good stay, Sébastien's house is functional, well-equipped. It has a small terrace on the street with a lovely view of the sea but especially at the back, kitchen side, a quiet courtyard surrounded by the gardens of discreet neighbors. It's a good place to rest and dine. Beautiful beaches in Cabo de Gata Natural Park and also some nice hikes. Sébastien is also a responsive host A practical house to recommend

Ophélie's place is exactly the way she describes it, a 5-10 min walk to the Alcazaba, restaurants and lively areas. Breakfast and late drinks on the terrace overlooking the Cerro San Cristobal is a great experience. Ophélie was super helpful, clear instructions and communication. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

A super nice place, quiet area but at the same time in the heart of the city. The beach is very close, in just a short walk you are there. The views are a real spectacle and the house, despite being traditional, has all the amenities, with air conditioning, solar panels, very well equipped with everything you need. It's large, spacious. Very comfortable beds and we loved the pool!!! We had a great weekend with friends, it was very short, we will repeat!!! I would like to thank Francisco for his kindness, availability and attention at all times!!! He's a great host!!!

Magical! A very nice cottage in a beautiful place. Lovely terrace with an amazing view. The starry sky and the light of the lighthouse made for an extra beautiful experience.

Excellent accommodation, ideal location at the foot of the Alcazaba, superb terrace. Pedestrian area, where you feel timeless but everything remains accessible in about ten minutes on foot (tapas bar, cafes for breakfast, places to visit, etc.) The accommodation is very well equipped, very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. A perfect stay;-)

The apartment is beautiful, it was sparkling clean and smelled great, Marian is an excellent host, she gave us directions to the area and recommended several places, we will definitely be back

Lovely stay at Friederike and her husband Joaquin's place. Your independent house, with a beautiful private terrace, a quiet place that respects nature and animals. The house has all the essentials and is very close to the village (10 min walk). Equipped with a fan in the living room, a heater for winter and mosquito nets on all the windows, it is advisable to bring something else for mosquitoes. We spent a few really quiet days, they are an attentive couple, super friendly and we loved their care for the environment and their kittens.

We had a very good stay. Our trip was as a family and the residential development has plenty of things for children to enjoy (park, swimming pools...). The apartment is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The terrace is a delightful one. They should improve the cleanliness as it was not very good and include some basics that are missing in the kitchen (although it is quite equipped). As for the location, it's a bit far, but you can find everything you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants...) without having to be in the most crowded part. The truth is that I definitely recommend the stay.

The service with Carlos was unbeatable, always attentive, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and everything is clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will stay with him again!

A little paradise!!! This cozy apartment is located right in front of the sea, where the constant sound of waves and the sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. It has a simple but charming decoration. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The space is compact but functional. The terrace has a small table, two chairs and a sofa that completes this coastal retreat, ideal for watching the sunset or simply disconnecting.

Very nice apartment that fully matches the photos. The views are incredible and the apartment is very well decorated and comfortable. The access road to the development is peculiar, but once you're home, it's worth it.

I spent the last month at this beautiful apartment in Roquetas de Mar, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, the communication with Marta was smooth, responsive, and friendly. Basically everything you hope for when staying somewhere mid-term 😄 The apartment itself is absolutely lovely: bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights for me was how peaceful and quiet the area is. We absolutely loved it here and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Marta! 5 stars all the way!

WONDERFUL!! Better than in the photos, with everything you need and more, attention to detail and quality kitchenware. The hosts are very attentive, always available and very friendly. In the best house we've ever been...for the rooms, air conditioning in all the rooms, bathroom with everything you need, very well-equipped kitchen and you can park at the door! We'll be back for sure.
