Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.

To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Very nice 50 m2 2-room ground floor with terrace, bright refurbished, located on Boulevard de la Corniche, 15-min walk to the Thermal Baths or the city center and 20 minutes to the port of Thonon. The apartment consists of a bedroom-suite with 160 cm double bed, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.

Beautiful apartment for rent

We had three wonderful days in Rosalia's super clean house. There is also a garden table with chairs and a lounge set and a large garden that you can use. Very good beds. In a time of key boxes we found the warm reception very nice. Rosalia and Daniel live upstairs themselves, are warm, but will be respectful of your privacy. I would say, let someone take some pictures as it is much nicer than you would expect based on the airbnb listing. Willem, Mirjam, Simon and Thijs Meertens

The reviews had us intrigued about the famous welcome in this paradise. And it didn’t disappoint one bit. We felt right at home and had an incredible stay during a long bank holiday weekend. We didn’t realize there’s another house on the property but Mick gave us all the privacy we could have asked for, literally blocking his own view into the garden. We will definitely return! Thank you!

A very nice house that allows you to discover Thonon and Evian a few kilometers away. The house is very well-equipped, the living room is a nice size, the bedding is very good and there is a parking space.

I had a great time at Rubi's place. The place was clean, the instructions are clear and the place where the place is located is peaceful. I recommend it.

Marlene was extremely helpful and prompt with responding to enquiries. The apartment is modern and has simple elegant furnishings. Secure and modern building. The first floor first apartment has a wrap around balcony that was perfect to capture the morning and evening sunshine. Easy access from the apartment by car to many beautiful lake side towns as well as the surrounding countryside and Alpine hills for walking and hiking. I would highly recommend the apartment and host.

Very well-equipped apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a private parking space. Direct access to the lake from the apartment's terrace. A good restaurant with local specialties 2 min walk, shopping area accessible 5 min drive. Bike rides nearby. Sandra is a very friendly and accommodating host, we had a great 4-day stay.
