Vacation rentals with a pool in Alligator Point

My family and I spent our Spring break here. The beach was very close and the pool was only a few minutes drive which my kids loved. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Kayla was friendly and very responsive. We had a great time and would stay again!

My husband and I have been visiting St. George Island with our fur babies for around 20 years and have stayed in many rental houses on the island over the years. This house is, by far, one of the BEST! House was neat and clean and just as described in the listing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The pool was amazing and was heated to the perfect temperature! The covered area by the pool has great furniture, a great tv and is the perfect shady spot to get in out of the sun! We had dinner out by the pool every night! They also provide all the things you need for heading to the beach for the day! We are already planning to go again in September. Thanks for a great stay! We love everything about SGI!

We had a few minor issues with the outside lights and pool light not working. Shellie was very responsive. The outside trash from previous guest wasn't picked up by garbage service until we had been there 3 days. We did mention it. The home is older and could use some updates but it was still a nice place to stay with lots of room for the eight of us. The location is good, pool is nice, loved the screened porches, plenty of pots, pans and dishes, plenty of seating in the living room. Overall, it was good stay and we would be happy to stay again.

Once again, a home away from home for my large family for the holiday weekend. The space and furnishings are 5 star and won’t disappoint. The attention to detail makes the stress of traveling disappear. Lori is an amazing host and proactive about making the stay as seamless as possible. The outdoor space sealed the deal with a well stocked outdoor kitchen and sitting around the fire pit with the kiddos talking and making s’mores. Thanks again Lori!

This home was one of the best vacations we have taken as a family. Beautiful view of the bay especially in the mornings and evenings. It was breathtakingly peaceful! We had several children so the pool area was perfect for the littles especially since it is screened in. The older kids really enjoyed fishing off the kayaks and playing on the private beach! We even saw a dolphin. This home has EVERYTHING you need. Really all we needed to pack was clothes. The home was lovely and well kept. We are already planning a second trip! ♥️

4 years ago began the start of our annual family vacations, 3 years ago we welcomed our newest family member into the world, we have learned to see the world thru his eyes, on his spectrum, which leads us to very tough decisions when it comes to finding the right home to vacation. We knew after speaking to our AMAZING hosts Robert and Courtney that we had found our family home away from home. We made amazing memories as well as hit the challenge of Hurricane Debby in which was safely executed with the upmost professionalism. The communication and response times were impeccable! It was a pleasure to have the ability to shake hands and personally say thank you. We made some of the most AMAZING memories, got much needed relaxation and enjoyed the recommended fishing charter with Cpt. Tanner. We look forward to our next family vacation. The Matthews Family

This place was so pretty and peaceful from the moment we walked in. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfy! Kelli accommodated our last minute plans and I was so thrilled to have found their home since it is normally booked up. Likely because it sits in the perfect spot with just a row of treelines and a sandy path separating this beach home from the shoreline of the beach. I enjoyed walking the shore looking for shells and watching the fish jump out of the ocean. Walking at dusk a fog settled over the shoreline and the sunset lit the whole sky orange. That was so peaceful and gorgeous! We will definitely be back for a longer trip!

Mara’s place was wonderful! The pictures do not do it justice! The walk to the beach is short and beautiful. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Mara was exceptionally responsive and helpful. My family and I want to come back next year!

Fantastic beach condo - clean, accurate description, and walking distance to everything. Perfect for any group, and had all basic amenities needed for a long weekend. This was our second time staying at this complex and would return in a heartbeat. Property management staff was extremely kind and responsive when there was difficulty with the keypad during check-in (no fault of theirs)!

Great place for the affordability. Very clean and across the street from the beach! Easily fits four people.

Beautiful property, VERY clean condo! Quiet and relaxing location. Loved the multiple balconies to have coffee at sunrise on. Would stay again for sure. We were sad to find out there was no fishing allowed on the docks by the condos, so you have to leave to do any fishing... otherwise amazing (:

Area was very convenient to graduation. Apartment was older but remodeled nicely. Extremely clean. Outlets in bathrooms did not work so we had to do our hair in the kitchen. I probably needed to get instructions to work TV’s. I couldn’t get the sliding glass door to open. Excellent communication and flexibility !! Charles even had a graduation balloon with flowers. Such a nice touch. Thank you.

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Well appointed, clean condo in a great location-just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and so peaceful. We loved the screened in patio! Will most definitely return! **Note, host does not give feedback. 7 days have passed, we wrote a review same day***

This was our second year, it's perfect for us and super relaxing. Will definitely come back.
