Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Come and take a break in this small, peaceful hamlet halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Located in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Monts Bourbonnais and the Bois Noirs), in a green setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection with oneself. Enjoy various nearby walking paths and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy, queen of the spa towns, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Welcome to Lilo Nectar, this little cocoon between hills and fir trees, perched at 900 meters above sea level is located in Champagnac-le-Vieux, in the department of Haute-Loire on the foothills of the Livradois-Forez Park. A little Canada at your fingertips, in a 100% handmade cottage, with local or recycled materials, and the opportunity to discover beekeeping, beer brewing as well as relaxing in the hot tub while contemplating the stars or the sunset on the Cezallier.

Gîte de Bellevue

80 m2 house of character in a quiet village. You will be seduced by its location at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes it a peaceful place close to nature, by its many terraces which will allow you to enjoy the shade or the sun depending on your mood, and by its geographical location in the heart of the Chaîne des Puys and very close to the Massif du Sancy, Clermont-Ferrand and the Zenith. Perfect for a family (except with small children) or for hikers.

A small haven of peace, in the countryside, with beautiful views of nature and the Plomb du Cantal. You will appreciate this peaceful place where you can feel so good. To rest after a beautiful day of walks on our many paths or after an excursion on the Tuyère, a river passing under the magnificent Garabit Viaduct, located a 5-minute drive away. And plenty of other things to see, do, experience... good times to share with family or friends.

Need to disconnect in nature, with cozy comfort by the fire? This old, rustic and cozy little stone and wood cottage is made for you! The private Nordic hot tub and panoramic sauna are at your disposal throughout your stay. With its fireplace, its slate terrace and its calm: the place is ideal for a real break in summer and winter. Cocooning for couples, nature activities in the forest and on the Auvergne plateaus! Time to relax!

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.

La cabane

You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...
