Outside, you'll have access to a 3200 m² private plot, including a 400 m² fenced area, as well as a 9 m² terrace on stilts. This chalet is located 40 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, and 20 minutes from Super-Besse by car.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
