Welcome to our 1765 farm, located at an altitude of 1,300 m (4,265 ft), on the edge of the forest and at the gateway to Parc des Monts d’Ardèche. On the ground floor: a large 50-m² kitchen/dining room, a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an 80-m² living room with wood-burning fireplace, and a mezzanine with a home theater. Many board games and books. Terrace, barbecue, sauna, large garden. Pets welcome. Natural lake 5 minutes away.

House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Come and take a break in this small, peaceful hamlet halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Located in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Monts Bourbonnais and the Bois Noirs), in a green setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection with oneself. Enjoy various nearby walking paths and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy, queen of the spa towns, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

La Maison marguerite vous accueille dans un environnement paisible. Ce gîte était initialement une ferme en pierre du 18ème siècle entièrement rénovée. Le Mouy vieux est situé juste à côté du village du Vernet la Varenne. Vous y trouverez un marché hebdomadaire, une boucherie, un petit supermarché, une pharmacie, un tabac, un bar, une boulangerie... Randonnées, lac de plaisance, accrobranche, ferme pédagogique ... de nombreuses activités authentiques vous attendent toute autour.

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Simple and beautiful - the Auvergne is worth it!

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.
