We had a wonderful stay! The property was delightful with many outstanding features. Very nicely equipped too and the beds so comfortable. Stunning views and space around was perfect. The hosts were excellent...very informative, alwayszavailable and extremely friendly. We'd definitely like to stay here again. The young children loved it too.

We booked this for friends to use for their honeymoon. Charles was very accommodating and helpful when booking and the space was just perfect. Particularly appreciated was the wood fired hot tub and lots of useful local information helping them to make the most of their stay.

The House was perfect for our stay very clean and great beds nice tidy enclosed garden which was great for our cockerpoo highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at the Cow Shed. When we arrived, we thought it looked better than the photos! Christina was welcoming and really helpful. We really appreciated having a travel cot and highchair waiting for us! Our little boy loved seeing the goats and chickens in the gardens and there was plenty of toys for him to play with, he was delighted. The location was also really easy to get to and perfect for our family visit in Wetherby. We hope to come back again soon, thank you 😊

Whether we are there as a couple, or it is one man and his whippet :-) , Nicola's place always delivers. The dog friendly garden is a dream, walks close by and a simply beautiful part of the world. Nicola is always friendly and a great host. We are regulars and hope to continue to be! Thanks for another great stay. I had to pick Pinter (whippet) up to put him in the car as he didn't want to leave!

An amazing find! The house was so close to the city centre and, on a great little high street, it met all our needs! Allowing well-behaved dogs is really appreciated too. Sera was quick to reply to our communications, recommending great restaurants and coffee shops; the property exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again the next time we’re in York. Lovely stay here, everything we needed, would definitely stay again. Very quiet and peaceful and so close to the city. The river was a stone throw away and perfect for walking our dog. Rachel responded immediately when I chose the wrong key holder outside…. Thank you. ☺️

Had a fantastic time at the Bay in Filey. This house is superb as we were a family of 6. It is in a great setting right near the beach with everything you need for a quiet family break. Sarah was a fantastic host giving us clear communication. The house is spotless and clean and has lots of amenities. Would highly recommended this property.

Ivy cottage was the perfect place to stay for our trip to filey. It felt so homely from the second we arrived and communication with Andree was great making it even easier to feel right at home. She instantly help with any issues we had and was incredibly approachable. A lovely host and a lovely cottage - we would love to stay again!

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing weekend at Rachael's caravan, this was our second visit and we 100% plan on coming again. Rachael is a wonderful host who is easy to contact and she takes pride in her beautiful caravan. The caravan was extremely clean, comfortable and very homely, as the weather was warm we spent most of our time outside on the decking which had plenty of seating space and the hot tub was a great added extra enjoyed mostly by the kids. There was plenty to do onsite including the swimming pool, a private dog park where you can let your doggos off lead and play. The staff at the main reception were friendly and helpful and the bar area was clean with lots food and drink options. We would highly recommend coming to stay at Serendipity and we will be visiting again.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

We loved staying in the cabin on the lake. It was great to have breakfast on the terrace watching the ducks and swans go by. It was spotless, the beds were comfy, and has everything you could need for a great stay. We took our dog and she loved the walks near the lake and on the beach. Filey is a small town, but the beach is lovely and your only a 30min drive to Scarborough or Bridlington. I really hope we get to stay there again.

Beautiful house and garden, perfect for a family get together including young children, loved the hot tub and loads of room for the kids to play, close enough to things to do but in an amazing peaceful place. Kitchen was stand out and had everything you could need. we would definitely stay again. Julian was accommodating and responded very quickly.

Perfect stay in a perfect place. Exactly as described and the pictures captured it perfectly. Immaculately clean with beautiful bedding/towels and lots of surprise touches that just made it feel like a very special stay. The cookies were to die for and the bottle of Prosecco & beer in the fridge was such a nice touch. Having fresh milk alongside tea/coffee was very thoughtful. The location is so peaceful but easily accessible at the same time. I was in the area to visit RSPB Bempton Cliffs but found myself just wanting to sit in the comfort of the Pump house and watch the sheep and horses in the fields surrounding the house! Will need to come back again to spend more time in the area as there was so much to see and not enough time to fit everything in - the Pump House will always be my first choice of place to stay. Vicky, you truly have a place to be very proud of and have thought of everything to make your visitors stay memorable in all the right ways. Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay on the boat - even with three of our teenage children it didn't feel cramped at all. The location was absolutely perfect as a base for exploring the beautiful city of York. Great pubs a couple of minutes walk away and Bishy road was handy for eateries and grocery shopping. I would recommend using the provided table fans if you are there in the summer months as it can get a little warm in the bedrooms and having a little air circulating makes all the difference. We were there over the bank holiday but it was not noisy on the river at all - it felt very relaxing. Being on a houseboat was a great experience if you are looking for something a little different. The north of England has a great reputation for friendliness and we were not disappointed!

This was our first ever airB&B and it didn’t disappoint, it was excellent. Exactly as described, and like the photos. The garden was dog secure, and it was relaxing to sit in the porch and not worry about the dog being loose. The barn is very peaceful, and the surrounding area delightful, we did a big walk along Sutton Bank, from a guide book provided in the property.

This was a birthday surprise for myself and we were blown away with the place. Its so beautiful and in such an amazing location. The cabin itself was stunning with natural wood used everywhere with a stream and woodland all around creating such a tranquil place. The wildlife around the cabin alone was unreal with birds, squirrels, caterpillars and water voles all putting on a beautiful show. The aroma walking in was beautiful and added to the ambience. Check in was easy and straight into the cabin so little contact needed which was great. Katy and Scott were lovely giving us local hiking tips and info about the area. A lovely couple who have created something really special at the lazy T (brook). The outdoor shower was amazing so hot and so nice to be under the trees with the sun shining through a truly relaxing experience. We honestly cannot sing its praises enough it was the perfect location and accommodation and just what we needed for a relaxing break away. Thank you so much ❤️

Lovely stay in the Old Stables for two nights - wish we could have stayed longer! Despite the Airbnb backing onto the Hosts home, it didn’t feel overlooked at all and we had privacy the whole time. Clean and tidy with a beautiful garden and fab hot tub! Thanks again for a great stay!
