House rules may be a lil on the strict side. I didn't mind washing the dishes (didn't use much) and taking out the trash. Expecting paying guests to sweep though is a bit much. The cleaning fees were, however, pretty low. Give and take I guess.

We came for a night to Amanda’s place and we fell in love. From the decor, to the fully stocked amenities, the very thoughtful touches of a home away from home, we had everything we needed for a good night with friends. Amanda left us eggs and we enjoyed them for breakfast, as well as a fire before we left. As a book lover I would be remiss if I did not mention the absolute treasures Amanda has on her shelves. We came to get out of the city and this was the perfect respite. Next time we’re bringing our own food to cook in this fully stocked, gorgeous home. The town is full of local, rural folk and the local bbq restaurant, while their food was good, it’s not the vibe for us city dwellers. We’re forever fans of the chickens and duck drama we were witness to, so much main clucking characters competing. Thank you Amanda, for the best experience.
