I will set up a twin mattress (bedding but no box-spring) if requested. Pets: one permitted but when booking mention how the companion is quiet as mice. Eg, no barks. As there are neighbors! There’s a second outside porch w/faux grass rug and bin for the biz. And real lawn outside all around.
