Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. A simple and cozy room close to the sea, the station, forest and Båstad. Please note that the room is simple and small, about 10 sqm including bathroom and kitchenette. The accommodation is especially suitable for one person but there is opportunity for stay for two people. The area is very calm with no notable traffic. For those who want to get off the drive, there are bicycles for rent. From the fall to early summer, the space can be used as a student accommodation at a very greatly reduced price.

Quiet and child friendly area. Newly built in the summer of 2022. New pool built in the spring of 2025. Sleeps four (2 beds and one sofa bed). Wifi, parking, access to patio and pool. The pool is available june, jul and august. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants, mini golf, grocery store etc. Bike distance to Båstad. Final cleaning is included but we would like to remove and wash dishes. Bedlinen and towels are not included but are available to rent.
