Set amongst the orange groves, and perfectly located for sandy beaches ( 2km away) and near to Dénia town (5km). The Casita (small guest house, no kitchen, but with fridge & kettle) is set in the grounds of our private villa, behind electric gates and with views of both the Segaría and Montgo mountains. This is Marisa: Enjoy your holidays and feel as if you were at home. I will pick you up from teh airport for free. My aim is "treating guests the way I would like to be treated". Lovely and new 160 sq.mt. apartment. Perfect place a centre but quite location. Near to shops, museums, restaurants, 9 min. by walking to the beach, 4 bedr, 3 bath. You don´t have to buy water to drink (depurating sistem tap). Air conditioner. Safe box. I even could book a Spanish winery tour if you like.
