Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie auf den Fotos, sehr schön mit Meerblick, direkt gegenüber vom Strand und in der Nähe vom Zentrum. Die Stadt selbst ist wunderschön und Alberto ist total lieb und hilfsbereit. Alles top 👌👌

Ottima sistemazione , appartamento molto carino e dotato di quello che serve. servizi autobus sotto casa , fermata tram a 5 minuti a piedi . accesso al mare diretto e molto pittoresco. L'host Carlos è stato di una gentilezza e di una precisione sui servizi e su quello che ci poteva essere utile , compreso l'indicazione del locker per lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check-out, noi avevamo il volo alle 21 e siamo stati in spaiggia a San Juan tutto il giorno!! grazie alla prossima!

Great apartment, very spacious and clean. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants and the beach. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

We had a great time at Álvaro’s place! The place feels very cozy and is just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures. It is very central with a five minute walk to the beach and with plenty of shops and restaurants in a walkable distance. Communicating with Álvaro was also always easy and he was very helpful with all our questions and requests. He was a great attentive host and I can recommend staying with him without any reservations!

El piso como digo es más bonitos aún que en fotos, súper acogedor da mucha luz, los muebles impecables, y todo perfecto volveremos sin duda alguna aparte está cerca de todo de la playa de restaurantes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Desislava. Son Airbnb est vraiment complet, il ne manque absolument rien, tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente comme chez soi. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tout : plage, restaurants, commerces… Nous n’avons même pas eu besoin de voiture pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Alicante. Le logement est très propre, parfaitement entretenu, et en plus de ça, Desislava est une hôte adorable, très gentille et compréhensive. C’est vraiment agréable d’avoir affaire à quelqu’un d’aussi humain et disponible. D’habitude, nous réservons des hôtels pour nos vacances, mais là on s’est sentis encore mieux que dans un hôtel : l’intimité, le confort, la localisation… tout était parfait. N’hésitez pas une seule seconde à réserver chez elle, et pour notre part, si nous revenons à Alicante, ce sera sans hésitation chez Desislava !

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

Estuvimos un fin de semana en el alojamiento de Pilar. Simplemente espectacular... La casa es una autentica maravilla y te hace sentir como en casa. Está muy bien equipada, aunque si que es cierto que no dispone de lavavajillas. Pero como realmente comiamos y cenabamos fuera de casa, no lo echamos en falta. La casa está decorada con un gusto excelente... Sin ningun tipo de duda, la recomiendo para ir con amigos o en familia. Ademas, un gran detalle dejar jabon de ducha y champú ennlos dos baños. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la terraza, con sus grandes vistas al mar. La comunicación con Pilar, excelente y rápida.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La estancia en el apartamento ha sido súper agradable. Está recién reformado, bien cuidado y con un gusto increíble. El sofá cama es súper cómodo. Las ventanas insonorizan perfectamente el ruido q pudiera venir de la calle y no escuchábamos nada a pesar de estar el pueblo en fiestas de san Juan. Además, Macarena estuvo muy atenta y nos hizo unas recomendaciones estupendas para comer y desayunar. Es una anfitriona súper detallista y sin duda lo recomendaría!

Schon im Vorfeld wurde eine WA-Gruppe erstellt, in der uns alle relevanten Informationen für den Check-in sowie tolle Tipps bereitgestellt wurden. Die Unterkunft liegt in Flughafennähe, der Check-in verlief kontaktlos und völlig reibungslos. Die Wohnung selbst, insbesondere Küche und Bad, war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht: Kaffee, Tee, sogar Alkohol standen für uns bereit. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und familiär. Der Poolbereich war angenehm, auch wenn dort etwas Laub lag. Für Hijabis ist gut zu wissen, dass der Poolbereich nur partiell uneinsehbar ist. Strand und Supermarkt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist dennoch empfehlenswert. Damit gelangt man schnell nach Alicante. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Ehebett ist instabil, was bei mir den Schlaf ein wenig beeinträchtigt hat. Daniel war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Una maravilla de alojamiento, limpio, muy cómodo, bien equipado y muy bien ubicado, con una terraza privada y maravillosas vistas al Peñón enmarcado entre el verde de los pinos y el azul del mar. Muy cerca tiene 3 calas a las que se puede ir andando con aguas cristalinas. Isaac muy pendiente de aclararnos las dudas. Muy recomendable. Deseando volver.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Ons 2e keer verblijf bij pepe was weer uitstekend. We hebben erg genoten de plek is perfect. Alles is heel schoon en netjes. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. De 2e dag ging de fohn kapot en dit werd de zelfde dag nog netjes opgelost we kregen meteen een nieuwe fohn. Er stonden bij aankomst 2 koude biertjes klaar wat ook erg fijn was want kwamen om 1:30 snachts aan. Pepe en meerdere, Ontzettend bedankt weer.

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Amazing stay at Manuels apartment Everything was perfect Manuel and his wife go above and beyond for you I managed to get lost and he got me back safely I would highly reccomend a stay here I will definately be back!

Un séjour parfait et un appartement tout à fait adapté ! Pour ceux et celles qui ont peur de ne pas avoir la Clim, sachez que les ventilateurs sont suffisants et permettent une séjour très agréable ! La vue est splendide et l’appartement est extrêmement bien situé. Nous reviendrons c’est certain ! Merci à Maria et Jorge !

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

"This apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the seaside and public transport . The space itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. There was everything you need to have comfortable rest at the seaside. The host was communicative, friendly and helpful. Rosi gave a piece of advice where we can eat delicious and not expensive , she gave instructions how to get to her apartment, making the whole experience easier.
