Loft vacation rentals in Alicante

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

Beautiful accommodation with all the amenities and equipment, everything you need to cook or to wash and dry clothes, even beach umbrellas, on a quiet street and very close to the center and the central market in an area with cafes, restaurants and a supermarket a few steps away. To the best horchatería in Alicante, Horchatería Azul. Air conditioning and hot water at all times. A nice combination of the Alicante neighborhood with a very good location. Pilar is always attentive and responds immediately to our messages, I definitely hope to return sometime soon.

We were delighted with the house; it is even better than in the photos. We worried about the sofa bed before the trip but it is very comfortable and if it sleeps phenomenal. Toni and his mother were watching over us at all times. The ideal area to rest and unwind to rest and unwind. And the house has everything you need, including oil and spices for cooking. We'll definitely be back!

We spent 4 days at the accommodation. Downtown is easily accessible, everything is as described. The host was flexible and kind, we were satisfied with everything. Recommended accommodation! *****

Maria Carolina's accommodation is very well located, with the beach a few meters away and unbeatable views. The house has all the amenities and you can see that it is well cared for. The only point would be that the community pool was not available due to construction and we were not notified. However, the experience, in general, was very positive. Recommended.

I can't wait to come back. Very welcoming and present host. Well-equipped apartment in a spectacular location for going to the sea and getting around by public transport to the center. It was a wonderful vacation, as a single mother with 3 children, without even having to rent a car given the convenience of the location!

It was a very pleasant stay and without any problems, the hosts were 10/10. Everything was great. I'll definitely be back ☺️

Well received by Patricia after good communication about arrival times etc. Patricia is very friendly, gave us a short instruction/explanation and then quickly gave us the space! Everything was complete and sparkling clean. The space is as in the pictures the quality/price ratio is excellent. If you don't care about a fantastic view, this is a fantastic place, close to all shopping streets, central market bus and tram connections and Alicante Castle. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Very nice, very nice, cozy and clean apartment! Communication with the host, as little as I needed, was always friendly and responsive. San Juan is a beautiful place to spend a great period of relaxation

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

Lovely, convenient and perfectly appointed apartment right in front of Mascarat beach. If you are looking for a good, modern and tastefully decorated place, this is your apartment. Juan was excellent, always responsive. A great find.

The place is in a great location, tucked away in a lovely alley. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, which is super convenient, but far enough from the main roads to avoid the crowds. The area felt lively but not chaotic — people passed by often enough that it felt safe and welcoming. Plus, it’s close to loads of shops, cafes, and other spots you’ll want to check out. Jimmy was an amazing host! His responses were quick and super helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had a cute little table football game that we really enjoyed, and the amenities — especially the kitchen — were so well-prepared that it felt like home. We’d definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Franscisco's apartment, complete with everything you need and in a great location to visit the city. Francisco is an attentive and helpful person. Have a great experience. Repeat!

It’s the second time we have stayed here and don’t think we would book anywhere else now. Maria is lovely and very helpful. Both times the taxi hasn’t dropped us off in the correct place but Maria helped us, even at unsociable hours to find it easily It’s only a 5 -10min walk to the square with bars and restaurants and same distance from the commercial centre It was lovely and clean and very practical for our short stay

What a fantastic place … host made us feel really welcome as we approached the trip. On arrival it lived up to its photos ! The area is great , the beach was gorgeous , not too busy and plenty of space to enjoy the sand and sea. Great bars such as “coconuts” who did fantastic cocktails ! We will be back !!
