Superb modern private suite in our villa in a quiet residential area close to bustling Denia & the beaches. Our guests love their large partially covered private terrace with amazing mountain views for outside dining, sunset drinks & relaxing in the sun or the shade. Finished to a high standard, with a king double bedroom & a separate sitting room. The luxurious bathroom has large walk-in shower & there is a fully equipped kitchen. As avid cyclists ourselves, our speciality is hosting cyclists.

Es un precioso apartamento independiente de 25 m. con terraza y jardín, situado en el centro, junto a la parada de autobús. Ideal para pasar unos días cerca de la playa pero alejado del bullicio de las zonas de ocio. El alojamiento es perfecto para 2 adultos y un niño (sofá cama y cuna).

La casa es un Bungalow en 1ª planta con balcón y gran ventana orientado al sol de la mañana, la cocina iluminada con el sol de mediodía y los dos dormitorios con el sol de la tarde. La vividenbda tiene luz solar abundante durante todo el periodo diurno. Los pasillos del complejo se iluminan por la noche para facilitar el tránsito con visibilidad. La vivienda ubicada en Pueblo Latino, Torre de la Horadada es un barrio muy tranquilo, sin ruido especialmente apropiado para el relax.
