Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Estancia maravillosa. La casa es cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos estupendos días de vacaciones. Totalmente equipada, no le falta de nada, cama cómoda y todo súper limpio y sin insectos. El jardín es una maravilla para pasar las tardes y cenar al aire libre tras un baño en la piscina. Gracias Nando por ser tan buen anfitrión, nos vemos el año que viene

¡Nos encantó este lugar! El piso es cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal para desconectar y sentirse como en casa. Uno de los mayores puntos a favor es que pudimos ir con nuestros perros, y ellos también lo pasaron genial. Hay suficiente espacio para que se sientan cómodos y zonas cercanas para pasear con ellos. La ubicación es perfecta para unas vacaciones, pero con todo lo necesario cerca. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. El lloc era una passada, perfecte per un bon grup d’amics que busquen tranquilitat, platja i jocs de taula. Els pobles del costat com Altea eran preciosos i es menjava molt bé. Recomanaria aquest lloc a tothom i ens encantaria repetir. La casa estava molt ben equipada pero el que mes destacaria seria la terrassa era amb difierencia, el millor de tot.

3 par på pinseferie i Alicante. Vi boede perfekt hos Soledad, 3 gode soveværelser og 2 gode badeværelser. Fantastisk terrasse. Ligger roligt med 10 minutter til centrum med alle restauranter inden for rækkevidde. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto, moderno, cómodo y muy limpio. La cocina está totalmente equipada y el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, algo que se agradece mucho en verano. Las camas son muy cómodas y la zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca del centro de Dénia y de la playa. También valoramos mucho que hubiera parking privado, lo que facilita mucho la estancia. Aitor fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, nos explicó todo con detalle y respondió rápidamente a cualquier duda. Sin duda, un alojamiento para repetir. Recomendado al 100 % y nos encantó su piscina

Estancia fantástica! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar literal a pie de playa. Una casa muy bonita, práctica y con unas vistas maravillosas. Todo facilidades y sencillo con Manuela, muy amable. Intentaremos volver seguro!

Absolutely loved our stay in Alicante! The apartment boasted a truly beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Its great location meant everything was within easy reach, and having a lovely beach right next to us was a huge bonus. To top it all off, our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Muy buen tamaño de apartamento, con todo lo necesarios. Hay detalles que se pueden arreglar, pero un apartamento muy completo.

We hebben als gezin een heerlijke 10 dagen in het huisje gezeten. Wat een heerlijk en mooi huisje. Niet super groot, maar voldoende ruimte voor het buitenleven, want dat kun je daar fantastisch goed. Een heerlijk zwembad, buitendouche (heerlijk in de vroege ochtend tussen de vogelgeluiden douchen) bedjes, hangmat, stoelen, gezellig speakers buiten voor een achtergrond muziekje, noem maar op. Een uitstekende uitvalbasis voor diverse steden, dorpen en stranden. Mooie omgeving (door veel zon, wel droog). Enige minpunt is wel de blaffende honden in de buurt. Kunnen ze niks aan doen, maar je hoort ze wel flink te keer gaan af en toe. Maar goed voor het huisje en omgeving hoef je het daar echt niet voor te laten. In de ochtend wordt je weer gewekt door de zingende vogeltjes, de pauwen in de buurt en af en toe de ezel verder op. Heerlijke geluiden dus! Een echte aanrader voor een korte, maar ook voor een langere periode! Dank nogmaals voor een heerlijke vakantie Michuel en Emilia!

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

Jean Paul und Francine sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie sind nebenan und dadurch gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Sie bietet den perfekten Mix aus Erholung, Ruhe und wenn man möchte kann man in der Umgebung an verschiedenen Marinas oder kleinen Städtchen - aber auch touristischen Orten wie Calpe in den Rummel eintauchen.Ein Mietwagen ist nötig. Wir haben die wunderbare Lage, die Sauberkeit und vor allem den Blick aus dem Esszimmer sehr genossen. Der Pool war blitzblank und hat uns täglich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Locuinta confortabila, curata, gazda prietenoasa si a oferit multe informatii despre zona si raspundea mereu la mesaje. Cartierul frumos si linistit iar plaja superba, cea mai frumoasa din zona dupa parerea noastra. Aerul conditionat foarte util, am profitat la maxim de el. Articolele pt plaja foarte apreciate, chiar ne am bucurat de ele. Singurul mic dezavantaj as spune poate distanta pana la mare cu copiii poate parea cam mare la intoarcere dupa o zi de plaja (aprox 15 min) dar a meritat efortul. Recomand cu incredere locatia, ne-am simtit f bine!

Un séjour parfait et un appartement tout à fait adapté ! Pour ceux et celles qui ont peur de ne pas avoir la Clim, sachez que les ventilateurs sont suffisants et permettent une séjour très agréable ! Wat een schitterende locatie. We waren onze computer vergeten en Andrés regelde het. Super vriendelijk. In het appartement was alles niet super groot maar aanwezig . Het allermooiste was wel het zwembad met het uitzicht. We voelde ons er thuis. Heerlijke tijd gehad en komen hier absoluut terug. Dankjewel voor alles je bent een top gastheer!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! David und Carol sind äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber:innen – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Gästehaus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Garten mit Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Carol und David!

The apartment is in great location right next to fantastic beach. The building and it's sorounding is very nice and well maintained. Although slight delay with the check, Ricardo was responsive and sorted what we needed. We recommend staying in Ricardo's apartment.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L’appartement est plus qu’agréable, il y a tout pour la cuisine. Le lit est très confortable. Logement très propre . Eva est super, on peut lui demander des renseignements elle répond de suite. Nous reviendrons à Benidorm et nous reviendrons chez Eva avec plaisir. Superbe location.
