With a very quiet interior bedroom, it is located near anywhere in the center, in one of the most famous and popular neighborhoods in Granada. It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Very comfortable, it has a large living room with a dining area for four people. Fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron, and clothesline. In a separate room we find a good-sized bedroom and a quiet stay. A bathroom with a shower tray located in the suite in this bedroom. The bed is 150 x 200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, restricted access by security code, and smart TV. And once you park the car, you forget you have it :) One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. He grew a devotion so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated, that to any person who prayed to the Christ of the Favors an Lord's Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. The museum Casa de los Tiros 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk) was built between 1530 and 1540 to the similarity of the Granada palaces of the time, it gets its name from the canyons that peek among its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. Iglesia de San Cecilio is 500 meters away (a 7-minute walk). The house of Father Suarez (Next to the Casa de los Tiros Museum). The Convento de las Descalzas is 250 meters away (a 3-minute walk), and the Church of San Matías is 240 meters away (a 3-minute walk). These are places where our guests will undoubtedly be able to enjoy their charms. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

José María's Apartments, Penthouse 3 bedrooms...

Exceptional quality penthouse, 250 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 terraces and a private pool. The apartment has views of the Alhambra, the Cathedral, and the Albaicin. Very complete kitchen, dining room for 10 people. The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colors and original artwork are combined with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-pane windows overlooking the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace, which has a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essential high-quality utensils and major appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two beds. Each of the double rooms has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm - US queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in closets and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool tub, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

This centrally located apartment is great for enjoying the city and its charm. Fully renovated 18th century apartment, we want you to feel at home offering all luxury of details, terrace with unbeatable views of the Alhambra and the Alhambra forest, on the front three balconies overlooking the Carrera del Darro called the most beautiful and ancient street in Granada. It has lounge-kitchen, sofa, large window with direct view to the Alhambra and two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to have a perfect stay; in it we can find the necessary condiments for cooking. The practical and spacious master bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 and a balcony, youthful bedroom with a place to work with 90 x 200 bunk beds. The bathroom is equipped with a raining effect shower set, with dry radiator and with everything needed to make an ideal stay. The common areas in the building are the stairs until you reach the second floor where you access the apartment. We have a sofa bed measures 140 x 200, in case any guest is not a couple or family and they want to sleep in independent beds, they have to warn them to prepare the sofa bed clothes with an additional price of €15. If you do not notify and you are already staying and want to use the sofa bed, you will have an extra supplement of 22€ since you have to move to the apartment, total €37.
