Tracy's place was exactly as pictured and described with plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed the water dispenser. Things to note: - The stairs up to the unit are street facing. The neighborhood is quite lively with many family gatherings which is mentioned in the listing. Despite that we weren't bothered at all by the noise during our stay. - The flooring seems to be paper thin. Since this is the upstairs unit, we had noise complaints from downstairs and they even pounded aggressively on the ceiling at us. We were shocked by this since we are extremely quiet, considerate guests, so they seemed to be disturbed by just regular activity in the unit. This isn't the host's fault, and I wouldn't expect an AirBnb to be 100% quiet, but if you don't want to potentially burden others this is something to consider. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and accommodating!

This is a great find for people that want to stay in or near West Hollywood. The listing was an exact match to what you actually get. Maggie was very quick to respond to any questions. The views from the apartment and rooftop were to die for! The space is excellent for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful place located around many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Just a quick uber ride to everywhere else in the city. The building and amenities were top tier. Will definitely return!

I had an enjoyable stay here. Girvan is a really responsive and friendly host who did his best to accommodate my needs. I would say the best thing about this place is the location as it is close to most of the major events happening in downtown LA. The place itself is spacious and relatively clean with everything you could ask for to make yourself feel at home.

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Christian was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our family staying at DTLA. He had all the supplies we needed and it was a comfortable stay! Although the nearby area itself didn’t feel safe, arriving to his apartment building with friendly security put us at ease. If you are driving, there’s a nice arrangement with a parking garage across the street that Christian helps out with. That was super helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and were very thankful for the hospitality. Will definitely be returning in the future for more events in downtown LA.

Adorable little house in a quiet neighborhood close to great coffee shops and restaurants, we enjoyed walking around the area. Home is very well maintained, pristinely clean and welcoming. Thanks for making our short trip to Long Beach even more enjoyable.

We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

This home is fantastic for families. It has everything you need to be comfortable and have a good time. It's a great location to go to Disney, the beach, and other near by attractions such as the Pirate Diner show, Medival Times and great restaurants if you don't want to cook. The home is well cared for and maintained. The neighborhood is very cute and safe. My 10 and 12yr old even went outside and played basketball with some neighbors which was great. There's also a neighborhood park a short walk down the street. Highly recommend for families visiting the area.

Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures! Super close to Disneyland and golf courses. Very clean home, we would definitely stay here again!

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Thanks for having us South Carolinians!
