Great place

This was a perfect stay. Lynn’s place is so spacious and provided plenty of privacy for each of our guests while we were in the area for our daughter’s college graduation. The beds were all comfortable and bedding & towels were spotless. We loved everything and would definitely return when in town again.

This is one of the more amazing places I've stayed! The views are amazing, the house is incredible and Dessie was a great host! It's high up and out of the city you can almost forget you're in LA. I couldn't to anything but take in the view. We have a great stay, and we'll definitely be back!

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Great place and location! Short walk to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants and other ammenities. The apartment is great and clean, the designated parking spot is a plus. I would book again.

Abba Casa is an absolute gem! From the moment we booked, Alexis was incredibly communicative and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless. Chaz is extremely nice! His place was everything we expected. Not only did he allow us to rent his property but connected us with vendors for (tents, tables, chairs, valet parking, etc.). They were also extremely nice and very helpful. If you are looking for a place to host an event, this is the place. We give him more than a 5 star. Thank you Chaz!!!!

Bruno is amazing and very responsible

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

Greg and Maylen’s home is gorgeous, and perfect for large groups. We had plenty of space to spend time together in groups and also plenty of privacy with many private bedrooms - all extremely comfortable and clean! The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and the hosts were very responsive and friendly - couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would not hesitate to come back! Thank you so much!

Great place!! Impressively clean, great communication with host. Easy checking out. My group came to attend a convention and they made checking out very easy for us due to our business. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious and comfortable place. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful and clean house with mostly everything we need. nice and safe neighborhood, convenient store surrounding.

Annie was wonderful. We booked 4 rooms for my daughter’s graduation. Annie was so kind and gave us access to yard for a gathering of her roommates and families. Absolutely wonderful. All those that attended commented on how nice it was.

We had a great stay overall at Naomi's place. It was great to have the pool for the kids and BBQ to cook on. It's super close to Disneyland (less than 10 minute drive) and was better to take a $15 Uber one way vs paying $35 for parking and having to walk. There was lots of space and it was great to have 4 bedrooms. Minor details as per the other reviews, the LVP floors are starting to come apart and they could use a good scrubbing or steam mop, but other than that, we had a good stay.

First and foremost, the hosts were so sweet, accommodating, and helpful! The property is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The pool house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Relaxing in the jacuzzi at night was the perfect way to end our days. Yan was always quick to respond and helpful when needed. The pool house is an older building but the hosts have kept it up well and we had an amazing stay. Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re in the area.

Very quiet neighborhood and great mountain view. The room is private and clean. The host is kind and responsive. The only thing is that the mattress and pillows are tooooo soft. Other than that, it’s perfect.
