Cottage on our property, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 6 sleeping places, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. About 4 km to the beach. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping centers, restaurants and a large ICA store are located. 4 km to Ölandsbron. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring a bath towel and your own bed linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of SEK 800!

There are good bike paths both north and south. The cottage is located on a large villa plot with private parking and entrance. The plot is shared with a residential building
