Welcome to a cozy studio, here is a bunk bed with a 120 cm wide mattress in the lower bed and 80 cm wide in the upper bed. A sofa bed that is 140 cm wide is also available. Well-equipped kitchen, with consumables such as coffee filters and dishwashing detergent. - Please bring your own bed linens and towels. - There is a possibility to rent bed linens and towels. Cottage on our property, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 6 sleeping places, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. About 4 km to the beach. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping centers, restaurants and a large ICA store are located. 4 km to Ölandsbron. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring a bath towel and your own bed linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of SEK 800!

The cottage consists of: Fresh kitchen that is connected to the living room, which has a sofa bed for two people. Then comes the bedroom (2 single beds) and bathroom with washing machine, the sleeping loft upstairs sleeps two. Private patio with barbecue grill and parasol. Close to Öland Zoo, Färjestaden and swimming/golf in Saxnäs camping. Wi-Fi is available. Smoke and pet-free!

Our nice old family cottage is perfectly located on Öland about 5 km from the bridge in the middle of the small village Algutsrum with lots of Öland's wonderful nature around the corner. The house is charming and fresh, has a large lovely garden to hang out, barbecue and play in. Nearby is a playground. The farm shop Stenladan, with local vegetables, delicacies and ice cream, etc. is a short walk away. Arontorps meatballs, such as Öland meatballs, today's dish and other small and good things, can be found 10 minutes by car.

With this central location on Öland, you are close to much of what the island has to offer. Kalmar can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Bus to both Kalmar and Borgholm goes outside the door. On the property, there is a gazebo and several other natural patios with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The guest house has a living room and a bedroom with up to four beds and a bathroom with shower.
