The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and lots of great restaurants nearby. Great place in a quieter area of Lisbon. Easy access to public transit and walking distance to popular attractions in Belém. The stairs are steep, and technically the apartment is on the second floor, but otherwise would recommend!

LUX was very comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view of the St. George castle and the old city. Patricia was so nice. When we had a couple small challenges, she immediately responded kindly and helped us out. We loved the welcome gift. The balcony was fun. The area is wonderful to walk in, near Avenue de Liberdade but still so peaceful. Trees everywhere! The bed was cozy. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking. Loved being on the top floor. Big view windows and doors that completely open up.

Nice apartment. I used it for a traning camp in the sportspark nearby. within walking distance and 2 mini markets around the corner for a quick refill of the fridge.

Had such a great stay here, it really felt like home away from home. Having a washing machine was so handy for my trip and LOVED the big bright windows! The apartment was clean, The food at the nearby restaurant odavids was really good! Lots of eateries and cafes all walking distance. There is also a pharmacy, supermarket, butcher shop all nearby and LX factory is just a 10-15 minute walk away ! The building entrance faces the main road so even when I came home late at night it felt safe. And the windows were sound proof so it wasn’t noisy with the cars passing by. The building entrance green gate is a little heavy to push tho but manageable. Would 100% stay here again if I ever came back to Lisbon. 😃

Margarita and Diogos place is ideal. Right on the boardwalk. Very comfortable, excellent AC. Beautiful location to relax and take a sunset stroll after visiting Lisbon/ Sintra. About 30 minutes to downtown Lisbon with 1 toll/ hour to Sintra. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Both Margarita and Diogo are very warm and kind humans, and easy to contact if any issues arise!

Iza's home is exceptional. Every amenity and so many extras, with a world-class view that can be enjoyed in luxury and peace. We absolutely loved it. Iza is a gracious host, great communicator and we so appreciated staying in her beautiful space. Expect steep walk up if you don't catch an uber, but short so it's do-able. And don't worry for the first time seeing the outside area... inside the apartment is absolutely gorgeous just as the phyos and reviews say. Thank you Iza! We appreciate all the extra touches and kindnesses. You are a very generous host.

Joana’s place is in the heart of Rua Da Boavista, voted the “coolest city in the world” according to Time Out! There are some of the coolest bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The Time Out Market and Pink Street are within a five minute walk. The apartment is spotless with every amenity you will need. You will not find a better an apartment in Lisbon! Lovely location overlooking a square. You can easily walk to the Monastery and the best pastel de nata shop in Belem. The old number 18 tram is just around the corner as well. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything you need for your stay.

This is a very good location to see some worthwhile sights in Belém and nice walking along the river. It's simple to get a car or take transit into the nearby heart of the city

In all our travels together, this was the first time my wife said "I never want to leave." We stayed here for 10 nights. The location is perfect for what we were looking for: water view, not in a busy area. We spent so much time just sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee or wine, taking in the view. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, with lots of restaurants within a 4-block radius (our favorite is Praia Velha). The train stop is adjacent to the building's parking lot. The apartment is on the opposite side of the building, so we never heard the train from the apartment. It's a 20-minute ride to downtown Lisbon, and a 20-minute ride to Cascais. There are two beaches nearby. One is smaller and visible from the apartment. The other is larger and a 15-minute walk from the apartment. We often walked to the large beach. The apartment was bigger than I was expecting. The kitchen is small but still had everything we need to stay in for a few home-cooked meals.

Adel is a great host, the place was perfect! Great communication and everything we needed was there.

Just 20 minutes by cab to Lisbon’s city center, but honestly… you might not even want to leave the area! You’re literally right at the beach—with top rated surf schools, bike rentals, beach clubs, beautiful cafés, parks, party spots, and anything else you could want all on the same road. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, everything is right there. And when we had a little hiccup with the key? Our hosts were there in a heartbeat to help us out, no stress at all. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every detail, every message, every interaction—top notch. Warm, responsive, and truly genuine. A cosy little apartment in a great area of Lisbon. The apartment has everything you need, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is peaceful, lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. The only downside is getting up and down the stairs to the top floor of the building, especially with shopping or luggage (great cardio though!)

A nice, modern apartment. We felt right at home. Can hear the flights go overhead and a fire station nearby during the day but it's quiet during the night.

Duarte was an accommodating and responsive host! He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The apartment was adorable, and all of the amenities were great (laundry, coffee machine, etc.). Walkable to Belém which was so lovely! He also gave us directions to nearby restaurants, grocery store, and the local festival that was happening during our stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

Great stay at Ricardo’s apartment. Close activities, walkable with a lot to see. Exactly as described in the ad. Ricardo was easy to reach and very responsive. The apartment included full of small details which showed the he cared about visitors enjoying their stay. The parking was a definitely a plus.

A perfect stay in Lisboa. The apartment is within the Old town and it is super easy to get into central from it. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and check in was easy. The pictures give an accurate representation of the accommodation and our whole party were very happy with our stay. A great spot to stay in for a trip to the capital!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!

Zheng’s spot was so central, I can’t recommend it enough for visiting Cascais. Extremely walkable! It was so easy to get anywhere, and was comfortable. Ideal for groups due to the separate bathrooms, and the patio was a great hangout area. Lovely spot.
