It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Secluded High Beacon Cottage is situated on one of the highest points of the Lincolnshire Wolds with amazing views of the rolling Wolds countryside, with Lincoln Cathedral and the coast of Norfolk visible on a clear day. Remote and tucked away down a private lane and surrounded by wide open arable and grazing (sheep) fields, this detached barn conversion is in a great holiday location to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, and a relaxing base from which to explore the area.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.
