Approx. 50 m² with private entrance and large, sunny terrace, bedroom (two single beds), combined kitchen/living room (fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher) with sofa bed (140 x 200 bed surface), bathroom with shower, private parking space, professional soccer table, outdoor roller shutters. Alfeld train station is 3.5 km away and can be reached by car in about 5 minutes (sufficient, free parking).
