Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Alfama, Lisbon

Our stay Second Home was wonderful. Perfect location, within easy walking distance of everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The apartment was spotless!!!! It is small but was perfectly fine for two of us. A great use of space! Bathroom was big and updated. Shower pressure was a little low but I think that is a safety feature because the colder the water got the better the pressure. Bed and linens were comfortable although slightly too hard for my liking. Marta was so helpful with train information. She communicated very well with her instructions. We asked if we could stay 2 nights at the end of our trip but they were already booked 😞 I would highly recommend this place and plan to revisit again. Thank you Marta

Alessandras place was wonderful. Her check in instructions were so clear and finding the place using them was a breeze. The apartment was spotless, very clean and exactly like the photos. Even woth the festival outside, once the windows were shut the room was so quite. We were able to sleep and relax peaceful. Ideal location aswell easy to walk around everywhere and right outside a bus for futher journeys. Highly recommended this place.

We've just come back from an amazing few days at Maria's flat which was located centrally. The inside of the flat was decorated beautifully and with the added bonus of the balcony, it meant that we enjoyed coming back to the flat to rest and recharge for a couple of hours in between exploring Lisbon. We went as two couples and there was plenty of space for everyone. Maria was an excellent host and let us leave our luggage on our morning of arrival. We had a couple of minor issues (lift and internet not working) but Maria was on it right away and fixed the issues promptly. We were very sad to leave the flat and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodations. I have now stayed and explored Lisbon area three times for a total of 7 weeks, so I have some experience booking stays here. I think this location and apartment are absolutely perfect for a city stay for two guests. Central to everything needed like groceries and pharmacy. Central to many sights and waterfront. Easy access to travel outside central Lisbon. Spacious. Quiet. So clean. Comfortable. Fully functional kitchen. Great shower/bathroom space. Great closet space. The hosts are also attentive, knowledgeable and hospitable.

We stayed at Pascal Apartment in Lisbon for one week and had a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to our messages —whether we had questions or needed recommendations. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within a few minutes walk, as well as several attractions nearby. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Pascal Apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon. Great host, great place, great location! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice apartment, clean, specious, new, had everything inside. Host very responsive, friendly. Very good air conditioning, nice bathroom and kitchen, fully equipped. Downside was that had to buy our own toilet paper, after spending the one tahr was left for start, something that did not happened to us before. And more towels would have been nice. Besides that everything was perfect. There is a bus station in front of the building, but the place is an hour away from the center by foot, so be prepared to use the bus a lot.

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. I have stayed at many Airbnb's and Marcos was one of the best hosts that I have experienced! Great communication and more! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need! It is located close to the beach and markets close by to get whatever you may need. There is a restaurant across the street that has good food and service. I would definitely stay here again!

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. A very nice house with a nice swimming pool. A 10-minute drive from the beach and a short half hour to the center of Lisbon. The owner is easily accessible and answers all the questions you have and can also give all kinds of tips on what to do.

Great place to stay with a big company! Very cosy spacious appartement with a great location. The host was friendly, accomodating and responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommended!

The real star of the show was the garden patio. It was like stepping into a secret oasis in the heart of the city. Lush greenery and the peaceful sounds of birds made it the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or a quiet glass of wine under the stars.

Catherine was a great host, easy to get in contact with and accommodated us very appropriately. Her place was lovely, very clean and very practical. Close to many beautiful attractions in Lisbon and easily accessible as well. I definitely recommend her home and look forward to coming back in the future!

Edson's place is great and we highly recommend it. It's very close to all the action and attractions that Lisbon has to offer. And super close to a metro station. The sound proofing for sleeping was excellent especially considering that there is foot traffic nearby.

Very comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Lisbon. Nicely decorated spaces with plenty of room. The neighborhood is home to a number of neat shops and restaurants as well as some wonderful parks. We found it to be a great base for pedestrian exploration of the city. It was very hot while we were in Lisbon and the AC worked well. All in all, a great stay. Would recommend.

The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable with a beautiful view over the sea. Very luminous and bright. Pedro and Teresa were really accommodating as I arrived late. Definitely recommended!

It was spacious, with air conditioning, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a modern apartment that had the charm of an older building. The location was fantastic! In the heart of everything and close to great restaurants, bars, and historical sights. It was nice to constantly see the famous tram 28 going by the area! I would recommend this stay for literally anyone. It’s also accessible by elevator which is nice after many kilometres of walking the city.
