Luis’ villa was a godsend! I decided to extend my stay from a separate trip and Luis was so helpful and responsive with last minute accommodations. He met me at the property, showed me around and recommended local spots to visit. The courtyard is beautiful and feels like your own oasis. The villa is spacious with all the lovely, natural light. So elegant and peaceful, I was sad to leave! Perfect walking distance to Praça das Flores that has delicious restaurants and seating area to chill with the fountain. This location is superb. Can’t say enough good things about it. Thank you, Luis!

Great house, clean and nice rooms. we really enjoyed it. we had some trouble with the internet, but Afonso came by the same day and fixed it, and in general Afonso was fast to reply and always seem ready to help. Everything is near by, so easy to buy what you want. we would definitely go again.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison, propre, spacieuse et correctement équipée. Un séjour enchanteur : maison dans une station balnéaire à 30min de Lisbonne, à 45min des incroyables et magnifiques plages de sable blanc et sans vagues, proches de Setubal (Figueirinha, Troia), à 45min de la côte sauvage de l'ouest et de Sintra, bref un emplacement idéal. La literie est bonne, le minimum nécessaire en cuisine est là, le WiFi fonctionne bien, le patio extérieur est très agréable. Il est facile de se garer sur la petite place derrière la maison, et, si besoin, le fait d'avoir un garage est un vrai plus. L'environnement est inattendu (immeubles), mais quand on est dans la maison, on se sent vraiment bien : un vrai cocon. A noter : un supermarché à 2 pas et une délicieuse petite poissonnerie, sur la place derrière la maison. Seul petit bémol : la rue étant perpendiculaire à un boulevard, on entend bien le bruit des voitures, jusqu'à environ 23h (après, il y a moins de circulation)

Tout s’est bien passé dans la villa de petits travaux sur les canalisations à l’étage et tout serait parfait. Bruno est un excellent contact pour la villa 👍🏻

Die Villa in Costa Caparica ist wundervoll für einen Aufenthalt mit der Gruppe. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein und die beiden Badezimmer sind super modern und schön. Das Haus liegt an der Haupstrasse (etwas lauter), aber dadurch ist man überall schnell und es hat uns nicht gestört!

We had an amazing stay with family and friends at Luis's place. The pool and deck area was absolutely stunning and all of the bedrooms allowed for everyone to have their own space and settle in. There were a few 'new listing' things but Luis was very helpful and receptive and sorted them right away. The pool was very clean and we all enjoyed it. The kitchen is made for big groups and the dining area was amazing for big family dinners. The beach is just down the road and it's a short walk to the nearest grocery store. Easy access to the train station and green space. I would absolutely rent here again, especially with a big family group.

Loved the villa, super cool design, all the amenities and more. Beds are huge and extremely comfortable. Showers excellent. Plunge pool and terrace just wonderful. Thank you Manon, your place is stunning and we had an amazing time. Ideal peaceful escape, near a beautiful beach and ubers are easy into central Lisbon. Highly recommend. Michelle

We spent 10 days with 2 families (8pers) in this fantastic house. All facilities are plentiful. Fine rooms with good sanitary facilities. Every detail has been thought about like e.g. blackout curtains. Beautiful swimming pool, lovely bbq in the garden. Plenty of beach beds and towels. We did not use them but extra mid-week cleaning is included. Contact is excellent; helpful, attentive and welcoming. Distance to beach and Lisbon is good to travel. House is in a quiet area. In short, absolutely recommended!!!

8 of us had a great time at Manuel’s place. Better than the pictures, spotlessly clean, bright and spacious and really well equipped. Manuel couldn’t have been a better host - he was super responsive, helpful and flexible, and made our stay even better. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful villa, immaculately clean. Really pretty and very private garden with a cool pool. Thoughtful additions including games and recommendations for surf lessons. Fab hosts. Had the most wonderful week with the family. Easy to walk to beach and good restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to return!

We were a group of 6 girls on holiday. Loved our stay here. It is a beautiful house, with everything we needed - and more! We were welcomed by Rita who explained everything we needed to know, and showed us around. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Very close to the nature reserve, and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. We rented a car so could drive into Lisbon in 25-30mins, and to the beach in 10 mins - but loved the house so much that we just spent a day lounging by the pool! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Mooi verblijf met alle benodigdheden. Op een klein half uur rijden van het centrum indien er niet al te veel verkeer is. Contact met Luis verliep vlot, we voelden ons thuis.

This Airbnb was exactly what my group was looking for! The house looked just like the photos, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Rudy’s mother, Sylvie, who kindly introduced us to the space. The pool and outdoor seating area were lovely additions, and having a walkable grocery store nearby was super convenient. Rudy and Sylvie were very responsive and made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again—thanks for a wonderful experience!

Marco and Adèle are fantastic hosts who really care about your experience as evidenced in the little touches at the property and during the check in/out process, recommendations they made, etc. The place is superbly designed and excellently appointed throughout, and the location is perfect for family’s and groups that want to visit all the attractions in the region plus have some privacy and a gorgeous indoor and outdoor area to go home to afterward with easy parking and all the amenities you can think of. Our stay truly exceeded our high expectations, we highly recommend.

Marians home was very spacious and bright, we had a group of 10 so gathering in the open concept kitchen living room was amazing. The house was clean we loved the private driveway and privacy. We did take advantage of the pool one day which was a bonus. Amora is a cute little town and we discovered a beautiful beach and restaurant on the beach front. Only 20 minutes from Lisbon. A hidden gem. We will be back for sure. Would definitely recommend.

Maria and her husband are fantastic hosts and share a great passion for the area, both were very friendly and the knowledge of the area and their recommendations were fantastic ( especially eating at Antonio’s ) 7 of us stayed ( all adults ) and we had the run of the whole property which was very clean and had everything we could have needed. Fantastic hosts and a fantastic apartment which have all said we would use again

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the place is really well equipped with everything you could want and more. Telma and pedro were really helpful when booking and while we were there, super quick responses and helped us finding some suitable restaurants locally as we had some vegans/vegetarians with us. They were also able sort a late checkout for us, which was really appreciated as I know it’s not always possible. It’s worth noting there is air conditioning in all the rooms which isn’t stated on the listing, so that’s a bonus. There’s also some privacy glass for the pool which isn’t in the photos. The place is really safe and secure and couldn’t recommend it more for a family holiday.

Wonderful holiday home, tailored for a relaxing family time. Loved the details for kids, with toys, books and outside playground! Paulo was super friendly and always able to help if we needed anything. He even organised a high-chair for our child, which was outstanding service and life-saving for the holiday peace :) We will come again!
