Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alezio

We felt immediately at home at Nieves! The house was beautiful, spacious, cozy, quiet and clean. Nieves was always responsive and available when we had questions. We felt very much at home and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Nieves for sharing your home....and dogs! Sally

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

The descriptions and pictures are very accurate. The apartment is easy to find if you don’t use google maps directions/navigation. The most direct route is to follow the “lungomare”, turn at AMU restaurant, and proceed to number 10. The apartment is on several floors, without an elevator. There are 65 steps from the street to the rooftop terrazzo and kitchen. Each bedroom is on a separate stop along the stairs below the kitchen floor. The apartment is the best equipped of any apartment in which we’ve stayed over a period of 12 years. Francoise is very helpful and responsive. She provided a great deal of local info and recommendations. Also, she can arrange for a parking garage; street parking is non-existent.

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

A wonderful four night stay in the historic centre of Lecce. The apartment/house was larger than expected. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Giorgia was a great host, meeting us early at the apartment so we could store our cases. She provided drinks and breakfast food. All those little extras make for a special stay. I highly recommend a stay at Giorgia’s house.

We had a wonderful week at Antonio’s home. It was even better than the photos and description. Little details like having coffee to make in the morning, some water in the fridge on arrival and cookies for the girls. We arrived quite late and Antonio met us to ensure we got in ok. He was so helpful with recommending some great spots for food, beach clubs, local activities, local supermarkets. In my opinion, Antonio went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandra's stylish apartment and the charming town of Nardó! The apartment is very well equipped, located directly in the historic center and is furnished with attention to detail. Nardó is wonderful for exploring the surrounding beaches and cities and itself offers a very good infrastructure. The communication with Alessandra was very warm and straightforward at all times - her hospitality was truly remarkable! We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back to this beautiful spot of Italy :)

Lucci d'Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything: nothing is missing. From every window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment requires some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options for eating light and enjoying an ice cream. The parking lot next door is free if there is space, and very accessible if you pay. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back!

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have made us want to get to know them better, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very friendly and kind, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. Very nice apartment with everything you need, including a great balcony. The location is great, everything is easily accessible on foot and we felt very comfortable overall.

Davide was super responsive and friendly, we enjoyed our stay the apartment is full of details and clean. We arrive later than plan he was super flexible on the check-in.

Being an excellent host ,Guiseppe was waiting for us when we arrived in order to guide us and give us the necessary information for the proper functioning of the apartment . We loved and appreciated that he shares with us the history of his beautiful home,transmitted to his family for a very long time ,as well as the transformations he has made there. We were looking for a quiet place in a good location and we found it in Carpignano , a great base for visiting the area! I recommend it.

Excellent location with a nice large apartment with courtyard garden. Allessandro is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed nature and culture in the south of Puglia. We warmly recommend this B&B.

This place is stunning! We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view all day. We did a grocery shop prior to arriving, cooked/bbq’d without issue (plenty of cooking utensils/dishes), and ate al fresco when the weather permitted. We did laundry and everything air-dried quickly in the sun and breeze. Did a beautiful coastal drive. Loved everything about this place. Assunta gave great recommendations, met us to review everything, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. The bed was super comfy too. Oh and did I mention THE VIEW? Tons of storage to keep the bedroom uncluttered. Assunta provided snacks (loved the cookies), rusks, taralli, and a bottle of wine too! We would love to return year after year! It’s a WOW!

Very nice garden. House large enough for 4 adults since we had 3 bedrooms. 1 couple and 2 singles. Comfortable living room for the evening, breakfast in the sun... kitchen well equipped. the little extras, the cheerful welcome from Salavatore, and the departure when the couple provided us with sweets. location in the center of Salento which makes most destinations very easy to access. Buena Onda's place was just perfect. The quality of the services exceeded our expectations and the villa was even more beautiful than in photos. The interior of the house is very well decorated and offers plenty of space for a family, with well separated parts that allowed our 11 year old daughter to have her own space. The house is also very well located and makes it easy to visit the south of the chickens by being both close to Otrante, Lecce or Gallipoli. We recommend this address without hesitation to all families or friends wishing to visit the area and spend a pleasant time in a house in the heart of nature.

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

The house matches the photos, spacious, and the garden is beautiful and comfortable. The location is strategic to reach the beaches of green bay on foot and the clubs nearby. Mr. Antonio was always very kind and available for all our needs. We look forward to coming back soon!

Stefania's house is not on a nature-protected coast, surrounded by a huge garden with beautiful plants, from which you can see the sea from everywhere. We had a perfect stay in Stefania's house and felt extremely comfortable. For people who love nature, this place is an absolute paradise and Stefania is an unrestricted excellent host who does everything at all times to make her guests feel comfortable. Since we had our dog Anton with us, the large garden was also a perfect place for him. From the grounds you can take wonderful walks along small country roads all the way down to the sea. The coast in this region is stunningly beautiful with lots of small coves and wonderful hiking opportunities. We fully recommend Stefania and her heavenly garden. Mirko and Sharon are extremely warm people and hosts. You can feel how much love the house and the property were designed with. The living/dining area is a great place to relax with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the ocean. There are many seating and lounging areas on the property; everyone will find the right place for themselves. The kitchen is excellently equipped. Mirko and Sharon gave us a lot of valuable tips for exploring the area as well as for restaurants, which we would also recommend without hesitation. As a starting point for diverse places in Puglia, Urmo is perfect; a historic place nearby is better than the next. We'll be back.
