The apartment is located on the ground floor, with its own entrance and large patio. Bed linens, towels, cleaning are not included If final cleaning is desired, it is booked 5 days before departure & costs SEK 1000.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation located on the eastern side of Öland, right next to Kårehamn. Just 2 km from the house, there is a private beach - just hop on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

In the evenings, you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west-facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is open in Djupvik during the summer. Approximately 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.
