A 2 minute walk from the Farnborough International Exhibition centre entrance and 6 minute drive away from Farnborough train station which transfers to London Waterloo in 36minutes. 2 free parking spaces available and short walk from the local co op. This location is fantastic if you are attending an event.

Only 2 adults are allowed in the property as per booking. No children or pets. Security camera facing the gate entrance of the property will be used to verify check-in (3pm onwards) and check-out (10am). No smoking or vaping inside the property. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. We CANNOT receive post nor keep items for guests.

Very well situated in terms of local businesses. It is not suitable for a child or baby or those with cat allergies.
