Vacation rentals with a patio in Alcoi

Ruim appartement, dicht bij het centrum. De bar eronder is ook een aanrader.

Wir sind in unserem Leben schon in vielen Ferienwohnung gewesen. Aber die Ferienwohnung von Isco und seiner Frau hat bei weitem all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Nicht nur war die Wohnung sehr charmant und modern eingerichtet, und liegt direkt am Meer sondern Isco war auch ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber. Er war stets verfügbar und hat uns angeboten, alle Reservierungen in Restaurants für uns zu übernehmen. Zur Begrüßung und zu Ostern gab es leckere hiesige Delikatessen. Der Service den Isco und seine Frau geboten haben, war wirklich ausnahmslos. Die beiden haben neue Standards in Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft gesetzt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - Danke!!!

Die Unterkunft hat einen traumhaften Ausblick über Benidorm und das Meer, insbesondere die Sonnenaufgänge waren besonders schön anzusehen. Das Bett war bequem. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Küche habe ich nicht wirklich verwendet, aber definitiv ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief stets reibungslos ab, es wurde immer schnell reagiert und geholfen. Die traumhafte Unterkunft übertraf meinen Erwartungen, sehr empfehlenswert!

De los apartamentos que he estado, este para mí ha sido el mejor. cómodo, precioso, con unas vistas espectaculares, la terraza una pasada. presión de agua, aunque usábamos las dos duchas a la vez de cada baño no había problema de presión. En definitiva, lo recomiendo 💯 x 💯

Estar en casa de José Manuel fue una experiencia increíble. Desde el primer momento me hizo sentir como en casa: cálido, atento y siempre pendiente de que no me faltara nada. Tiene ese don de hospitalidad que te hace sentir cómodo sin esfuerzo, y además es un gran conversador, siempre dispuesto a compartir, pero también respetando los espacios. La casa estaba impecable y todo muy bien organizado. Sin duda, repetiría la experiencia sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por todo, José Manuel!

Una pareja divina, me esperaron hasta muy tarde para alojarme ya que estaba trabajando en ALCOY. Se me complicó subir con mi furgo antigua y me fueron a buscar hasta un aparcamiento que estaba más abajo en la montaña los días de estadía. Súper amables.

We enjoyed a warm and helpful welcome from Soledad Ana. The apartment is extremely comfortable and location is convenient to the centre of old town Javea, with restaurants and a great food market. A longer walk or short drive to beach and stunning coastal walks.

La estancia en el chalet de Teresa ha sido un verdadero placer - ubicado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila, con un jardín espacioso y bien cuidado donde pudo jugar nuestro perro, ya que es pet friendly. La casa muy limpia, muy cómoda y fresquita gracias al aire acondicionado impecable. Seguro repetiremos, 100% recomendado.

Superbe maison de village, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée, fonctionnelle... elle a été très agréable à vivre. Nous y avons séjourné en période de fêtes et nous avons trouvé l'emplacement très calme. Le village fleuri de Lliber adossé à la colline est tout simplement merveilleux avec ses ruelles pavées et ses maisons en pierres. Nous avons fait connaissance avec nos hôtes, charmants, très sympas et réactifs. Ils ont été flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée et la remise des clés. Ce sont vraiment des hôtes exceptionnels au regard de nos diverses expériences avec Airbnb. Un livret d'accueil était mis à disposition avec un large panel d'instructions, renseignements et suggestions.👍👍👍 Isabelle et Marco, nous vous remercions🙏😌 chaleureusement et nous vous recommandons à tous ceux qui liront les commentaires sur votre annonce. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment in Finestrat. Das Apartment hat einen besonderen Charme und ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind auf mehreren Etagen verteilt, weshalb man relativ viel Treppen steigt, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, es hat das Apartment eher besonders gemacht. Unser Lieblingsort war die Dachterrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen in der Sonne ausgiebig gefrühstückt haben. ☀️ Der Ort ist genau, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten: ruhig, ursprünglich und wenig touristisch. Viele schöne alte Häuser, verwinkelte kleine Straßen. Es gibt eine Bäckerei im Ort, von der wir die Pistazien Croissants geliebt haben. Wir haben von Finestrat aus mehrere Ausflüge gemacht, zum Beispiel nach Altea, Cala del Moraig, Guadalest, Raco del Conill und Villajoysa. Wir würden in jedem Fall empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen. Der Kontakt mit den Hosts war unkompliziert und nett. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, haben schnell geantwortet.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Lea is super vriendelijk en helpt je heel graag. Het huis is brandschoon en wordt met veel liefde bijgehouden. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Onze twee kleine kinderen (2 en 4) hebben heerlijk in het zwembad gespeeld. Wij hebben genoten van de rust. Aanrader: jardin de l’albarda, de zondagmarkt in Jesus Probe (heerlijke taartjes!) en met de auto zit je zo in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, makkelijk parkeren bij het strand en hier lekker lunchen of dineren) en Javea. Wij hebben heerlijk eten (gegrilde kip) afgehaald bij La Rostisseria (Denia, vooraf even bestellen). Vervolgens heb je meerdere heerlijke plekjes in de tuin om te dineren. Mocht je op een mooie plek elders willen dineren, ga naar Cala Clemence del Portixol (wij zijn gaan ontbijten ivm weinig parkeerplekken, reservering is alleen voor ontbijt niet nodig, anders wel!). Ga zo door!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa splendida villa e abbiamo goduto della bella piscina e dello spazio all'aperto. Evelien è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti sui dintorni. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato. Evelien ci ha anche permesso di fare un check in anticipato che ci ha permesso di guadagnare una giornata. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e Evelien un'ottima hosting.

We had a wonderful stay in Alicante. The house is really nice, everything is super clean, and the terrasse is perfect to enjoy sunny mornings or sunset apero. The communication with Nahir & Alfie was smooth. They made our last day easier by accepting a late check-out and letting our luggage waiting for the airport time. I recommend this place very much !

Pasamos unos días muy tranquilos y a gusto en la casita. Estaba todo impecable, la casa es preciosa y no le faltaba un detalle. Mery y su marido de 10, tuvimos un problema con la vitrocerámica y estuvieron pendientes hasta que lo pudieron solucionar ese mismo día. Sin duda unos anfitriones excepcionales! Repetiremos seguro!!!

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

Nous étions ravis d’avoir pu passer notre séjour à Alicante dans cet appartement. Extrêmement bien placé avec le métro quasiment au pied de l’immeuble, et une vue qui aide à se sentir en vacances ! Je recommande vivement

Todo lo que escriba por aquí se queda corto para describir la estancia tan maravillosa que hemos pasado en este alojamiento, la casa es preciosa, todo estaba nuevo, limpio y ordenado, está decorado con mucho gusto y los baños con muy bonitos y cómodos, lo único que le falta sería un ascensor, ya que que está en un cuarto piso y la llegada hasta arriba es algo costosa pero no es una cosa que dependa del anfitrión, que por su parte fue super amable desde el día de antes ya estaba en contacto con nosotros para darnos todas las instrucciones necesarias y estaba atento a los mensajes en todo momento y respondía super rápido cuando hemos necesitado de su ayuda. Sin duda volveríamos a este alojamiento con los ojos cerrados.

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

Merece la pena este alojamiento por las vistas impresionantes que tiene de la ciudad, a pocos minutos de la playa qué se llega dando un pequeño paseo, la zona de piscina y ajardinada muy grande y muy bonita toda, al apartamento no le falta nada tiene de todo... volvería a reservar si volvemos a Benidorm y esta disponible a sido un acierto...a mí familia y a mí nos ha encantado

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx
