If you are travelling for work, there is a large desk that allows you to work comfortably with plenty of natural light and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The kitchenette (small kitchen) is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full cookware, tableware and glassware, allowing you to prepare a light meal or enjoy a slow breakfast at home. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

This place has an excellent location. Old Town Center, a minute's walk from the Plaza of the famous Church of Altea. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!
