No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. The Pool House is a self-contained 2 bedroom house, with its own private pool at the top of Malveira da Serra bordering the Sintra National Park in a very quiet and peaceful area with amazing views over the Cascais coast. Outdoor activities include hill walking, trail running, mountain biking, and bouldering, to world class surfing, windsurfing, and wild swimming all along the coast. A car is useful, but not essential, the local beaches and Cascais can all be reached by off-road tracks.
