The cottage is centrally located which means there will be traffic noise. It’s an easy 550 metre walk to the Botanic Gardens and many popular cafes for breakfast or lunch. You also have a great choice of restaurants in the CBD and if you travel for half an hour or so, you will find excellent cafes, wineries and restaurants in Rutherglen, Wahgunyah & Beechworth.
